    Morning drink - 2-3 glass warm water.
    1/2 exercise walk or any other.
    Breakfast - 1 multigrain brade slice with 1 apple with 1 glass milk or tea or green tea.
    Lunch - brown rice tawa pulao with salad and curd.
    Evening snack - poha with tea or coffee.

    There is a difference between brown rice and basmati,yes what she said is correct about basmati being produced from the same brown rice but the only difference is that brown rice is not 100% polished hence it has its brown or red shells which is high in nutrition.

    I did it! ❤️
    I continued this diet for 3 months and got great result!
    Meanwhile with diet I was doing EXCERCISE for 2 hours early morning and + 2 hours in the evening total 4 hrs!
    And when I was maintaining diet I never felt hungry. Instead, I felt to live the great life that much food is enough for us 😀
    In April I had weight of 82KGs
    Now I have 65kgs ❤️
