Can I use Paneer instead of Soya chunks? Don’t like Soya Chunks and not easily available. If I have to use non dairy protein can also use any of the pulses, like sprouts, Channa or similar.

Good morning mam, Maine ye diet plan as it is follow Kiya and amezing result....I lose 3 kg weight. Before my weight 64. I am very happy. Mai last 1.5 months se weight lose try kar rahi hoon magar ab 1 din me maine 3 kg lose kiya.

Mam your video is good. It will definitely show result if you follow the diet but problem is that after loosing weight if you go for normal diet all weight will come back. It's my personal experience. So if you want to maintain the weight of your body , you have to develop your body muscle mass by doing weight training and exercise.
