      Mam I have multiple textures hair and extremely light weight flare hair and female pattern hair lose through the good hair care routine my hair loss is stop so mam please tell my Pakistani product and easiest remedy to sort out and also i am an LHV so I have a very tough schedule of day night routine so mam please tell me some tips to manage anti wrinkle cream

    Well I cant skip my egg paratha in desi ghee and with very young kids cannot sleep well. But what i do is I do intermittent fasting 14 or sometime 16 hours and do my dinner before 7pm. Not heavy or oily with walk . Works for me. Portion control if you eat something fav

    Mn subha black coffee without sugar leti hon or 12 bjy 2 boil eggs. Ek brown bread ka silce or chai without sugar. Mn ny 1month mn 3kg weight lose kiya hai😊

    Very informative video. Only thing that really worked for me, is cutting off carbs ( specially roti, paratha bread) from my meals. I try to eat a lot of protein specially chickpeas. I take rice occasionally.

    2...coffee
    3...7 almonds soaked
    4...boiled eggs 2
    5...drink...cucuber...ginger...water...mint...gavava...put lemon in end

    There should be at least 14,15 hours gap in your dinner and breakfast, it really helps.
