👌One thing u missed to add is lemon juice , In idlies one can prepare with crushed peanuts garlic onion , grated carrots cabbage green chillies & tomatoes (churned in mixer & passed through seive ) too

your sandwich looks Yum surely would try Some times instead of bread we can prepare the sandwich with suji cheela a sp full of besan or atta to bind & a spoon full of curd & tempering with mustard seeds curry leaves , green chillies , half leveled sp of coconut powder & little finely chopped onions also could add

Mam u inspire me a lot …i want to loose weight and i hav watched your intermittent fasting videos m i found all ur content very genuine …but sometimes i miss my last meal at 8pm due to my delayed workout due to my job ….n then i try to starv myself till next day but end up feeling exhausted and then try to eat but feeling guilty that my fasting window is hampered…plz guide me what can i eat during fasting window or any other alternative that can we eat late after 8 pm

Good video, I personally lost 30 kg (66 lbs) in 8 months without losing muscle and strength. I followed a high protein - high fat - low carb diet. I also did resistance training 5x a week and HIIT cardio 1-2x a week. Many people think that only eating less calories is enough, but it is a lot more than that. I am also a fat loss specialist now.
Once you know what you’re doing, then losing body fat and keeping it off is easy 🙂

@@hiteshi8920 Hey, sure. I followed a high protein - high fat - low carb diet.
Good protein sources are lean meat like chicken, turkey and fish. Good healthy fats are avocado’s, nuts (almonds and cashews), eggs, olive oil, coconut oil and fatty fish like salmon for the Omega-3.
Vegetables are also important for fiber. I also did resistance training 5x a week and HIIT cardio 2x a week. Drinking 3 liters of water also boosts metabolism so you burn more calories.
At last, try to get at least 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Hope this helps 🙂 I also give online coaching, so if you are interested then let me know and I will help you.
