I'm a 68 year old man, when this came out I was 48. I still listen to it loud enough to shatter the windows. My wife never has liked it. Oh well. I pay the bills. My sound system.

I get it I’m a black woman. I got that stuff growing up as well. It’s like reverse racism against ourselves saying we should only like hip hop. For me certain song’s instantly bring me back to my teenage years. People would be surprised what I know the lyrics to 😉

Looking back, all the Fred Durst crap was just mediatic circus. Yes, he got pissed for whatever reason at some people in the industry, who hasn't? the portrait that was done of him was bad, but I think now we can overlook all that crap and appreciate what he's done over the years. It's not only the bangers with Limp Bizkit, but also his incursions into other artistic mediums. He really is brilliant and a hard worker.

I discovered this song at the age of 16, living in a homeless shelter in Adelaide with a raging habit. A very good friend and I would play this song from jukeboxes whenever we found ourselves in a bar and it would momentarily uplift us before we headed back out into the world.
