- The Electrified Genesis GV70 is one of those rare cars that has a proper wow factor, thanks to a stunning cabin, epic performance and some matt grey paint that I splashed with mud. Jokes aside, it promises to take the almost-there GV70 and ditch the noisy petrol and diesel engines for 500hp of electric propulsion. Is it better for it? I don’t love electric cars in general , but I would be more than happy with one of these , it’s a decent looking car

I keep coming back to look at this car as it ticks most of my boxes and will be built here in the US so it will get at least some of the tax credit, but that screen plonked on the dash always turns me off. I’m glad you mentioned it was a bit far out of reach because I’ve been wondering about that. I don’t think I’d like using a rotary knob and I think it looks dated. And it’s and expensive car, so I’d be picky and would want to love it.

Not sure what you mean about the diesel engine but I have one and it is brilliant. A tremendous car but would never have it as an EV as my motor can get near to 500 mile range. Eat your heart out EV. I old school 🤣🤣
Better than some but I don't think manufacturers have yet figured out what to do with the nose of cars now a grill is not needed. So they add a massive fake one instead.
Agreed. The Kia niro ev reminds me of 'what if you can't speak Mr Anderson' (the matrix)
I think they’re mostly scared to do anything too different.
Tesla started in that manner, but then publicly stated they they were done with fake grills.
I think once most vehicles are ground up EV designs, we’ll see some new direction.
Sorry but there are huge amounts of people that can not afford to change petrol or diesel cars to newer versions let alone go with EVs.

@TimRodieDrivesStuff suppose its what you find interest in, each to their own, not generally a fan of the Korean cars however personally the EV6 is much more tasteful than this, all subjective though.
