I'm so grateful for you sharing your experience and knowledge for prolapse repair surgery. Your information provided me with guidance to seek the appropriate specialist with confidence. It will be 3 months on Nov. 19 from my own hysterectomy and prolapse repair. Your 10-Week Hysterectomy exercises were extremely helpful! I'm getting used to my new body and working within the limits I too have set for myself with your help and my physician. And I agree, the best part is no longer living with the bulge! Thank you again for your dedication to health & fitness on all levels and your desire to help others feel their very best. You are an inspiration! L. Balfour

Hi Jessica firstly thanks for all your post hysterectomy content its a real jungle out there I can only imagine how women must feel after such a intrusive surgery and then having to look for answers to heal and keep the body balanced. My partner is 4 weeks post surgery from her total hysterectomy with 46yo and your vídeos have been a wonderful support. Clearly you are in great shape and healthy, which I assume diet and supplements also play a part. Could you share a video that perhaps shares some of your diet and supplements that would perhaps cover the gaps from a loss of estrogen and or balance the hormones. Many thanks for your time and dedication for the women who need and benefit from this form of support through sharing your own experiences.

Hi Jessica! Thank you for sharing your journey. I had a robotic sacrocolpopexy and hysterectomy 4 weeks ago. I followed your pelvic safe exercises for prolapse to prepare my body for surgery. It helped tremendously:)

Thank you so much for your health update. Your recovery is so impressive and a sign of tremendous determination. I love every second of your videos - each of them is a gem - full of light, body wisdom and insight. I respect you are so driven and goal oriented on your own healing journey. This gives me hope on my own healing journey. Thank you for your beautiful smile.

Thank you! I am eight months post prolapse repair and feeling good. My concern is not recurring prolapse again, also.

I finally have a surgery date! I've been asking for over a decade to have a solution and finally had a doctor work with me until it happened. Thank you for addressing that you are still aware of what's safe after surgery, I've wondered if I was going to have to give up weights and it's good to know that as long as the surgeon says it's okay I will be able to continue. I cried when you talked about not having to live with pain or a bulge, I cannot wait for that!

When can you start gentle exercises? I'll be 1 week after surgery tomorrow. I'm trying a little walking in my home still. My surgeon said I don't need pelvic exercises after surgery, ever?

The only thing that I kept is my 2 ovaries. I had a full hysterectomy 10 days ago and found out I have endometriosis during my surgery.

How are you doing, one year after your hysterectomy? Have you experienced any body changes, weight gain?
