Dearest BRI, you r the most wonderful brilliant teacher. I’m 76 now but still teach a gentle yoga and chi to gung clas and your classes have helped me so much with my teaching. Also my pelvic floor issues have improved a lot. Also you are such a gorgeous beautiful human being to give everyone so much support with your reassuring compassionate lessons. Also I loved your so candid vulnerability in sharing your personal story. I wish so much love and support and blessings for a healthy happy life. Hang in there with your husband, I can say that with knowing the ups and downs of marriage because I’ve been married for nearly 53 years and we have really learned all about love and we’re so content and loved up now. It takes commitment with both parties and faith and love and trust which is a process of course but well worth the effort. I live in Australia and follow all your excellent teachings. What are a wonderful blessing you are to the world. By the way you’re so natural and so very loveable, I feel like you are talking and teaching someone you know and like enormously. Now that’s the gift you give to us. Much love💖Mellaine
Mellaine, thank you for your kind words and for following my teachings! It warms my heart to hear that you've found value in my classes and that your pelvic floor issues have improved. Congratulations on 53 years of marriage; that's truly wonderful. Your support means a lot to me, and I appreciate your love and blessings. Sending much love back to you in Australia! 💖
I just discovered you🙂. I’m 69 never heard of prolapse before in my life. Thank goodness I found you. I started doing your exercises, what a big difference. I am very active but didn’t know why after exercises fell so much Pressure.!,, finally I saw the dr she told me was prolapse but never said anything what kind of exercises i was doing. I decided to do some research and I realized squatting, push-ups, jumping,,, heavy weights were a no no . I’m learning pressure is gone completely. I just did ( I need them) your abdomen exercises.... thanks so much for helping us the seniors too 😊
72 year old female. Worked out hard since I have been 22. I did not know I was hurting my pelvis and prolapse by doing crunches and double leg lifts, etc! The above workout and other safe pelvic floor exercises has saved me from continuing to go to the urologist. So, thank you so much.
Your dedication to fitness since age 22 is incredible, even if some exercises unintentionally contributed to pelvic floor issues. I'm so glad to hear that the safe workout and pelvic floor exercises have helped you find relief and avoid further urologist visits. Keep up the amazing work of taking care of yourself - you're an inspiration!
I've found your channel after I did research. This one I will be doing tonight. I do not want surgery. The balloon like bulge seems to get more noticeable throughout the day. I sit for 9 hours a day. With your help I have faith to get better
Sending you best wishes! There are so many natural options for prolapse symptom relief. Check out my guide if you haven’t already - www.vibrantpelvichealth.com/guide-to-prolapse
Sorry, but if something is bulging from your vagina it is probably the bladder. You need surgical correction, excercises are not enough. You risk serious uroinfection repeatedly.
I am 68 years old and found my prolapse six month before never ever acurd before I was so much traumatized I went to my doctor and she told me this is prolapse and she gave me just one exercise that time I was with my daughter and now I am with my son few days ago I found again and I was searching exercises and suddenly found you channel I am so glad I have knee problems too but you explain it so nicely thanks again with lots of blessings and love ❤️ ❤
I’m so glad you found my channel and my info! There’s a lot you can do to help relieve your symptoms and feel better. If you’d like to learn more about prolapse I have loads of videos on my channel, and this online guide to prolapse will help you too: www.vibrantpelvichealth.com/guide-to-prolapse ❤
I feel the same about the channel. I hope you you are able to heal yourself 100% you deserve to be Happy. Tbis feeling is horrible. Let's heal together 😊❤🎉
I really like these excises , I am 70 but I am actually doing good at keeping up . I have watched about 5 of your video's today and did almost all the steps. . I surprised my self ,since I never do that kind of excise , mostly yard work has kept me in shape, but I'm sure with the ex stream heavy yard work that I do ,that is most likely caused my dropped pelvic . you are an awesome instructor . just hope I can stick to doing these excise .
This is outstanding and exactly what I need. I appreciate all the explanation. I’m also wondering if you could create another video that we can just follow along with, no or minimal explanation. I’d like to do this every day.
Love this workout. Especially teaching the proper way of breathing. Thank you for I don't like floor exercises and now do this in my kitchen first thing in the morning as I am getting my coffee. .
Thanks Dr Bree ! This is a great workout for me . God bless you for your efforts to help those who are suffering from all types of women problems.❤❤❤❤.
Thank you, you are doing a wonderful service, I have been following your videos since last December when I noticed my condition. I followed the exercises with confidence, now I am feeling much better. You made my days wonderful. Love you from India
That's wonderful to hear! I'm so glad that I can help support you on your journey toward better pelvic health. Sending love to you in India (from Oregon, USA)!
Your videos are great! I have had a 3rd degree cystocele since childbirth 15 years ago. I have found swimming to be essential to healing my symptoms. Most recently I have been able to follow your videos for everything except for the modified push ups. I have lymphedema in my right arm following treatment for breast cancer in 2021. Outside of swimming I cannot really use my right arm much. I have been working to figure out what I can do for my arm outside the pool. At the moment stretching and massage is my limit. PT's have not been helpful for me so far so I stopped going. I really appreciate your creativity and passion for helping those of us who suffer from birth injuries! I was told it was nothing by the midwife and then the PT did not even warn me not to run. Wish your videos were available sooner!
Thank you for your kind words! I'm glad to hear that swimming has been beneficial for you. It's wonderful that you've found ways to adapt and continue your fitness journey despite the challenges, especially considering the unique circumstances with your arm. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't found the support you needed from PTs. It's crucial to have a healthcare team that understands your specific situation and works collaboratively with you. In the absence of specific arm exercises, focusing on overall flexibility and mobility can still be valuable. Gentle stretches and massage are excellent choices, and you're doing a great job by prioritizing what feels right for your body. Remember, progress is a journey, and you're doing amazing by taking steps to care for yourself. Keep up the fantastic work! 😊🌟
This workout was perfect - no prolapse aggravation at all! It's hard to find HIIT and total body workouts that are do-able. I hope you will have more total body workouts ~ I haven't looked ~ and, if you do, thank you!
You are healing body mind and spirit, giving hope and action to heal. Sending Healing Energy for you and everyone watching. I will be sharing your videos with my clients in my newsletters. YOUR AMAZING!! THANK YOU!!!!!
Thank you for another amazing video Dr Bri, I do a number of your videos daily. This one is great for when I haven't time to get mats and blocks etc out and have dogs and kids stepping over the top of me. My mild rectocele has vastly improved thanks to your daily help. I find the mini squats, pirouette and 3 in 1 science backed moves especially helpful. Loved Kegel camp too, my core is so strong thanks to you, I can lift, push and pull again sensibly. I feel confident I can now look after my pelvic floor, Thank you
I have a severe rotator cuff and labral tear, so many of these I have to only do one side, but I'm thrilled to find your channel. I'm so praying this helps... I've never had such pain and pressure and urgency... I've been absolutely miserable since gall bladder surgery a year ago. It resulted in an 80 pound weight loss and nothing has been happy since. Thank you for your work... I'm so studying!
I'm sorry to hear about your health challenges. Dr. Bri's exercises are designed to address various pelvic health issues, and they may provide relief for some symptoms. However, it's crucial to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice, especially considering your specific injuries and surgeries. They can guide you on which exercises are safe and beneficial for your current condition. Stay committed to your recovery, and I hope you find the support and relief you're seeking. ~Vibrant Support
Very happy to have found your channel, thank you so much for sharing your expertise, I am 77, having some pelvic issues, so I am so very grateful to you for your videos!
Great demos….easier than traditional planks, better than lying stretches…great for hamstrings especially not locking out joints allows better coordination of opposing muscles. Can’t do lunges with knee pain…lifting and calf work I really need for my knees! I had so many accidents over the decades…these are exactly what I need for rehab. Good explanations of
I just got a prolapse diagnosis last week. So I am looking for pelvic floor exercises and I think this is the channel to watch. I really like the standing-up ones, as I have a hard time kneeling. Too much fast rollerskating and falling in my younger years. These are some I can do. Thank you for all of your great information and explanations as you do these exercises. I am sure I will benefit greatly from this.
I'm so glad you found my channel! In addition to the hundreds of videos I have here on RUclips, you might also like this free prolapse guide I created: bit.ly/prolapseguide It includes loads of helpful information, so please take your time going through it and utilizing the tips as a starting place!
My first time doing a pelvic workout and I feel like I just turned an overdue corner.. thank you for your generosity and great instruction .. I’ll do these again tomorrow and the day after that …
YOUR videos are amazing 👏 😍 I had PCOS & Rectal Prolapse + Improper posture All of these issues resolved by YOUR videos I take Ayurvedic herbs & follow YOUR videos
A lot of people have difficulty letting go after doing a Kegel contraction! You might want to try a “reverse kegel” or “pelvic drop” if you have too much pelvic tension. This blog post has a video and exercise that explains more: www.vibrantpelvichealth.com/blog/pelvic-drop
Thank you so much for this video! I been doing the pelvis circles and the pelvic tilt and have been feeling better with the heaviness and pain in my hips. I was told I have SI joint problems yrs ago, and now and then will get a flare up. Could you do a short video with some of these exercises with a chair. I’m going to try and do this one with a chair and see how it goes.Thank you❤
Hi Dr. Bri. I swim every other day for one hour with the aqua jogger belt. I jog, ski, and twist in the water. Is this good for my pelvic prolapse or bad? I feel like I'm using my core muscles. I've just started your exercises along with this. I was to!d many years ago I had a prolapsed uterus but was told their was nothing I could do! I'm 71 now and had been having frequent UTI and pressure. No one ever mentioned this. I'm going to look for a pelvic PT. Thanks for you help!
RE: Hip Circles ~ could you do a SLOW tutorial please? I know, sounds weird but it's like I'm frozen/minimal feeling. I had a yoga teacher say women who had trauma giving birth experience numbness in the entire pelvic region (from my waist to my butt/front+back). Also I have an old herniated disc on the L side & sometimes it tweaks/sharp pain when I do this even slowly so that adds to more of my body 'freezing". Thanks
This workout is **pelvic floor aware** meaning that specific cues are given for breathing and technique. This keeps the workout "pelvic floor friendly" for people with all sorts of pelvic floor issues, including prolapse. That being said, I can't guarantee that it will be appropriate for your needs. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT and will tolerate exercises differently. Listen to your body and stop or modify if anything feels uncomfortable for your particular core/pelvic floor needs. Talk to your local pelvic floor physical therapist for individualized medical advice!
I just found this video, love it cus I have a hard time getting off the floor. I think I got prolapse about 5 years ago. When I went to my male gynecologist, I was told if it didn’t bother me just to let it be. He had a male student in the room at the time, that ask me what did I want done with my prolapse. I told them I just want to make sure if this was normal and ok. They said if it didn’t brother me it should be fine. So I left with that. I can feel it when it fills with urine. Once I pee it goes back inside. What do you mean when you say zip it?
Glad the video helped! Prolapse can make floor transitions tricky. "Zip it" means gently engaging pelvic floor, like zipping up from tailbone to pubic bone. Feeling prolapse more with full bladder is normal. Don't hesitate to get a second opinion if it's bothering you! Keep advocating for yourself, you've got this! ~Leila, Vibrant Support
I have stage 3 in a some parts of pelvic. My gynecologist said hysterectomy. I don't want one after listening to nz story with a woman who had side effects from child delivery. My reason in getting a prolapse is coughing fits and if too much milk, plus working on iron ore and copper minesites lifting heavy pressure hosing equipment, it what happens. I am in australia. 68 and not working now lost job, due to not accepting Vax but I was fit then . 2 years ago. Thankyou.
I encourage you to read through this free prolapse guide I created: bit.ly/prolapseguide It includes loads of helpful information that can provide relief (even for stage 3 prolapse). Best wishes!
@@vibrantpelvichealth thank you I saved your info and will print out. I am not in that much pain yet and bladder okay. My physio was hopeless only on phone was against physical work and the exercise only kegals to the minumin at that. . May God bless you and protect you.
May I ask how tall you are!? I’m a shorty, so I’m not sure which would be best to use; the kitchen countertop as you are doing in the video, or lower as in a dining table height!? I am only 5’1/2” tall. Advice!?
I would have liked to see a full body shot to see positioning of legs and feet during movements. Otherwise this is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I turned 77 today
It can be safe. However, I would recommend reaching out to a pelvic floor PT. She will provide individualized guidance. In the meantime, please check our free prolapse guide. bit.ly/prolapseguide ~ Leila
This approach can be helpful for both prevention and for managing prolapse. However, please always consult your healthcare provider to ensure it's appropriate for your situation. ~ Vibrant Support
Is this workout safe for someone who has had a double laminectomy and partial diseconomy (L2-L5). If not…is there a prolapse -safe workout for someone with this situation to help pelvic health?
It’s crucial to prioritize your safety and consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new workout routine, especially considering your medical history with a double laminectomy and partial discectomy. They can provide personalized advice based on your specific condition and recommend exercises that are safe for you. ~Vibrant Support
What kind of dr do you recommend to see? My gynecologist doesn’t seem too smart. For a prolapse and it bleeds sometimes. I’ve already had an ultrasound and they told me that nothing is wrong, but I do have a prolapse
Just started doing your exercises.. Pretty sure I have prolapse. I have a Dr's appointment on 10/26/23 to be sure that's what it is.. Are clam shell exercises also good for prolapse? Thanks
I am 80 years old so when I am unable to reach my foot for the quads stretch I tale my yoga strap an loop it to grab my foot to lift it behind me. I think this would be a good suggestion for those of us unable to reach our foot behind us.
Hi Dr. Bri I’m only 23 years old but all of a sudden i have a prolapse. It gets worse when I’m on the toilet (tmi) i think it’s only at a stage 2 but it still drives me crazy. I am desperate for help. My ibs has gotten worse this year I’ve had chronic constipation and that’s probably contributed a lot. I’ve been doing kegels and it helps temporarily but aside from that I don’t know what to do please help 😭
I am sorry to hear that. Please book a visit with a local pelvic floor PT. In the meantime, you can check this free prolapse guide bit.ly/prolapseguide ~ Leila from Vibrant Support
Hello, I wanted to share with you I know how scary prolapse is, it happened to me at 29 years old during and after birth of my 4th child. I was at a stage 3, I felt so broken and scared all while thinking I’m too young for this. I went on to have a 5th baby and after the doctor said if I wasn’t already aware of my prolapse she would of never told me I had it (it healed very well). I still feel symptoms sometimes when I overdo things (and that’s why even if you think you’re better) to learn about prolapse and support your pelvic floor in all you do so you can stay symptom free! This can and will get better for you! Keep learning and supporting your pelvic floor, soon you won’t even think about it anymore just naturally do what you need to for your body. Sending you lots of love and light. ❤
@@sarahroemer3856 thank you so much! I reallly appreciate your words of encouragement. I’m working on myself more and taking steps to soothe my ibs first. I’m also doing hypopressives which i hope could also help. Sometimes it just makes me panic but I’m really trying to be patient with my body. Thank you again! 🥰
So glad you loved Day 11! Day 10 is long, but (I hope) you'll find that it's worth it when you have the flexibility in your schedule to watch it. ENJOY!
Consistency is good, but it’s best to do a variety of exercises to support your pelvic health - work with your healthcare provider to develop a complete program that's right for your specific prolapse. 💜 ~ Vibrant Support
There are far too much words: more demonstrations- less talks please😮 it’s better put voice instructions after exercises😂 to avoid terrible face expression and tough voice😢
I had surgery on my spine decompression after 8 weeks, wearing backsupport I have now prolapse, yes I am man so not happens a lot I wrote. I start tomorrow to do this video

Why can't I feel relaxed when doing Kegel exercises?? Thank you❤🙏
A lot of people have difficulty letting go after doing a Kegel contraction! You might want to try a “reverse kegel” or “pelvic drop” if you have too much pelvic tension. This blog post has a video and exercise that explains more: www.vibrantpelvichealth.com/blog/pelvic-drop
Love this channel. If you can explain the breathing, it would help tons...

Thankyou so much for your great help with this it’s fabulous
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so much for this video! I been doing the pelvis circles and the pelvic tilt and have been feeling better with the heaviness and pain in my hips. I was told I have SI joint problems yrs ago, and now and then will get a flare up. Could you do a short video with some of these exercises with a chair. I’m going to try and do this one with a chair and see how it goes.Thank you❤
Glad it was helpful! I will take your request into consideration ❤️
Excellent.
Thank you
Very very thanku mam
So glad I found you.
Awesome work out
Great video
Glad you enjoyed it
This was great.
Hi Dr.
I hope you find a good PT that will help you make sure you are engaging your core and pelvic floor muscles correctly during your activities.
Awesome! ❤ Thank you 😊
You're welcome 😊
RE: Hip Circles ~ could you do a SLOW tutorial please? I know, sounds weird but it's like I'm frozen/minimal feeling. I had a yoga teacher say women who had trauma giving birth experience numbness in the entire pelvic region (from my waist to my butt/front+back). Also I have an old herniated disc on the L side & sometimes it tweaks/sharp pain when I do this even slowly so that adds to more of my body 'freezing". Thanks
I have many hip circle videos on my channel. I invite you to watch them.
How I missed u but not late love from india 🥰
I'm so glad you're here!
I used my thin yoga mat on my countertop - no slip. Also, I put shoes on so my feet didn't slip while doing countertop workout.
Great modifications for comfort and safety!
Glad your videos are back!
Hi doc Bri this is help for cystocele prolapse
Advice!?
Make sure the table’s height is almost at the same level as your hips.
I would have liked to see a full body shot to see positioning of legs and feet during movements. Otherwise this is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I turned 77 today
Thank you for your feedback ! ~Vibrant Support
More of these please!!
Noted !
I am 99, have rectal prolapse. Are these exercises appropriate for me? ( I do have a strong pelvic floor. Have exercises all my life!)
It can be safe. However, I would recommend reaching out to a pelvic floor PT. She will provide individualized guidance. In the meantime, please check our free prolapse guide.

Is this for prevention or those with prolapse can also do it?
This approach can be helpful for both prevention and for managing prolapse. However, please always consult your healthcare provider to ensure it's appropriate for your situation. ~ Vibrant Support
YOUR GOOD FITNESS BODY, LOVE U
Would you recommend doing push ups for prolapse?
It’s possible to do them. It’s important to listen to your body and see if they are good for your needs.
That felt great! So glad I stumbled across your channel 🙌🏻
Awesome! Thank you!
,I,m 57, ist this good for me even If i don,t know If i have Prolaps?😊
These exercises can benefit women of all ages, even without a prolapse diagnosis - they're great for overall pelvic health. ~ Vibrant Support
What kind of dr do you recommend to see? My gynecologist doesn’t seem too smart. For a prolapse and it bleeds sometimes. I’ve already had an ultrasound and they told me that nothing is wrong, but I do have a prolapse
A urogynecologist and a pelvic floor PT can help
Just started doing your exercises.. Pretty sure I have prolapse. I have a Dr's appointment on 10/26/23 to be sure that's what it is.. Are clam shell exercises also good for prolapse? Thanks
Please talk to your pelvic floor PT about your specific needs. They can recommend individualized guidance. ~ Vibrant Support
Love ❤️ from tibet beautiful young lady and also like the views from ur kitchen window some pinkish flowers tree
Thank you so much 😊
I am 80 years old so when I am unable to reach my foot for the quads stretch I tale my yoga strap an loop it to grab my foot to lift it behind me. I think this would be a good suggestion for those of us unable to reach our foot behind us.
Glad you like this option. ~Vibrant Support
❤❤❤
I skipped 10 because I did something else. Time related. Jumped to 11. Loved it. My hips feel great and mobile. Back to day 10 tomorrow. ❤
So glad you loved Day 11! Day 10 is long, but (I hope) you'll find that it's worth it when you have the flexibility in your schedule to watch it. ENJOY!
Hi mam I have bladder prolapse in 3rd stage. I want to pregnant and normal delivery.its possible or not? Pls suggestion for me.
Please talk to your healthcare provider about your prenatal needs. ~ Leila from Vibrant Support
I absolutely cannot do lunges they are SO painful I will cry for two days after
I am sorry to hear that. You can keep the lunges very shallow or skip them all together. ~ Leila from Vibrant Support

Porque a las mujeres nos pasan todas estas cosas😢 no tengo utero ya desde los 45 me lo quitaron y ahora tengo prolapso me siento triste
Thank you so much. These are great. Not politically correct or professional comment but you are just too cute!
Can you just do one of the exercises all the time .
I have vaginal prolapse
Consistency is good, but it’s best to do a variety of exercises to support your pelvic health - work with your healthcare provider to develop a complete program that's right for your specific prolapse. 💜 ~ Vibrant Support
You'd need someone to push the couch against the wall I think. Heavy lifting pops my prolapses out.
I wish you could be here in Andalusia Alabama to do rehab with me. How about
There are far too much words: more demonstrations- less talks please😮 it’s better put voice instructions after exercises😂 to avoid terrible face expression and tough voice😢
I had surgery on my spine decompression after 8 weeks, wearing backsupport I have now prolapse, yes I am man so not happens a lot I wrote. I start tomorrow to do this video
I hope it helps. Please consider talking to your local pelvic floor PT for individualized guidance. ~Vibrant Support
Thank you. I will get mri March 4 and can ask him then. You are beautiful in every way.
