Easy and Delicious Homemade Whole Wheat Dinner rolls | Bake with Susie

Hello, welcome to my channel. My name is Susie and I recently started learning how to bake and make my own bread. Today I will be sharing with you a recipe for whole wheat dinner rolls. Even though these are whole wheat rolls, they taste nothing like whole-wheat bread. The recipe is also very easy to follow, and the rolls can be placed in the fridge for up to 24 hours after forming them into balls. So you can make them the night before, place them in the fridge and bake the following day so they are nice and fresh. I hope you guys try it out and if you do please let me know how it turned out.

Ingredients
Dough - Dry Ingredients
☐ 2 cups All-Purpose flour 248g
☐ 2 1/2 cups Whole Wheat flour 390g
☐ 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
☐ 2 1/4 tsp salt
Dough - Wet Ingredients
☐ 1 3/4 cups whole milk, room temp
☐ 6 tbsp honey, 126g
☐ 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
☐ 1 large egg, room temp
Egg wash
☐ 1 large egg
☐ 1 tbsp water
☐ Pinch of salt
Finish
☐ 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
☐ 1 tsp honey
Bake at 350F for 25-30mins or until golden brown
