    Tried this recipe with the mentioned tricks and tips but with 100% whole wheat flour, it turned out really well and soft...
    Measurements:
    3cups whole wheat flour
    1.5tsp yeast
    350ml warm milk
    150ml +4tbsps warm water
    2tbsp butter.
    Rest the process followed as shown by Sushma ji...

    INGREDIENTS
    1 teaspoon salt
    4 cups maida
    1.5 tablespoon milk powder
    1 teaspoon sugar
    2 teaspoon instant yeast
    1.25 cups of lukewarm milk
    additional 1-2 tablespoon milk
    2 tablespoons butter

    very nice, I tried pav recipe once before from another channel and the pav were great but not as soft as market. Eggless baked goods do require some extra care! Now I know where I went wrong, I added butter before kneading ! will make these soon!! so tempting!!
    Can you also share recipe for whole wheat bread? that contains no sugar(or made with 0 calorie sweetener, trying to avoid sugar) ! Here in US everything is extra sweet!! & I hate that :(

    Please share tips on using oven for baking breads, cookies, cakes.sinetimes brown colouring does not take place on the pav inspite of milk wash.

    Hi, I made the pav the other day for the first time and they turned out very good. I thank you for this wonderful recipe.
    I have a request if you could please teach me how to make Hot Cross Buns. Since Easter will be coming soon and I want to make them for Good Friday. I also want to make the Brun Pav( kadak pav) I am from Mumbai and I miss this bread alot. Thank you.

    Well explained video, could you also make "Kadak Pav". It's available only in Mumbai, haven't seen them anywhere else in India. Miss Kadak Pav with Fresh Butter and tea.

      Active dry yeast takes time(hours) for the dough to rise/activate itself.
      Instant yeast takes only a few minutes.

    Hi thanks for the lovely vdo. Pls advise if we keep the dough for first proofing in the fridge overnight, do v need to bring it to room temperature before further handling or v can directly start shaping.

    One more thing to remeber for succeccful bread baking is putting a dish containing water in the oven which helps in raising the buns/bread.
