High protein raw cookie dough recipe
There’s really not a recipe - I kind of have to eyeball it and judge based on consistency - thinking that you want this to be like a cookie dough texture.
Approximate recipe -
- Add 2-3 scoops of vanilla protein powder - then I added in some water to the protein powder - I eyeball it but I try to get it so it’s the consistency of thick oatmeal. The water helps cut down on a chalky protein powder taste.
- About 2 tablespoons (give or take) of peanut butter - to your preference
- 2 big spoonfuls of vanilla greek yogurt
- Stir it up all together
- Add in chocolate chips - I prefer big chocolate chunks

Welcome back, friends & if this is your first time here, thanks for being here! 🩷 Today I have 2 nights of relaxing, night time cleaning! I also shared something scary that happened this week! We had a trip to the ER but thankfully, everyone is OK! I go into more detail on what happened later on in this video when I talk about the good and bad part to my week. Hopefully this video will motivate you so you’ll want to clean along with me! I hope this video helps you prepare for your upcoming week. You are a true motivator and your voice is very calming! Having children in sports can have moments like that even in baseball a non contact sport! My son was a varsity catcher guarding home plate and caught a cleat at the top of his foot. They pulled off his cleat and blood was spurting like old faithful! He fainted and trainer applied pressure and transported him to ER. A few stitches later he was all set! I got a few gray hairs over that one ! He is 52 now and an ER nurse practitioner and only faints at the sight of his own blood apparently! Thanks for the great nighttime cleaning tips and motivation! Your home sparkles💕👏💕

My son played baseball and was a pitcher. Getting hit in the chest was always on our minds. One thing we did that gave us a little “peace of mind” was have him wear a heart guard. ❤ so glad that Avery is ok!
Glad Avery was ok! Raising 3 kids and 1 grandson in sports, we’ve grew accustomed to injuries! My husband also coached our boys, wonderful memories for them.💕

I'm so grateful that Avery is ok! It's so hard when your little ones are hurt or sick. My oldest had a spontaneous lung collapse last year, and I know that level of scared, and how much stronger these kids are than we ever could imagine. I've rarely seen my hubby cry, but when our oldest was in the ER and getting a chest tube, he had silent tears, and my goodness, that broke my heart. So blessed all around. Thanks for sharing your life with us, and thank you for the cleaning motivation!

I pitched when I was younger and my mom was a nurse, she had this I think it was called “heart guard” or something like that. It was essentially a reinforced plastic piece that strapped around me and covered a large part of the center of my chest. It made her feel better and didn’t restrict my movement. Something to look into if it gives you and her some piece of mind! Glad she’s okay! Love the cookie recipe!

I remember getting hit in the shin when I played softball...a long, long time ago LOL! I had the imprint of the softball on my shin for about 6 months! I’m so glad to know Avery is better! That definitely is a scary moment as a parent and you instantly go to panic mode but at the same time wanna be clam so they don’t get scared too. It’s never easy when something happens to the little ones. Those protein snacks you make look interesting I got to check it out. It’s funny you said to clean your vacuum I cleaned mine last week it was much needed. I went to my consultation appointment and I have to go through surgery to remove both cysts on me and if my endometriosis is bad I have to have partial hysterectomy done. And it’s hitting me hard that I’ll be going through menopause early on I’m only 37 years old thought I had more time and then saying I could never have kids too. It’s been a rough week and I’m trying to work this all in. But when you post it brings joy to me and gets me motivated, wanted to say thank you & hope you have a great week! 💜

Thanks to your inspiration, i was able toget the ceiling fans cleaned, the floors vacuumed, and the kitchen and bathroom floor mopped(first time in about 4 months! Yes, I just admitted that!) ibought that dusting set on Temu, and the toilet cleaning stuff. Also got the kitchen counters almost cleaned off- its our mail dumping ground! Lol
