Hey Jamie! I cannot thank you enough for all you do! My dad passed away June 8th, and i found myself in a very dark place. I was up all night crying. I started watching your videos at night to help relax me. And it is now a nightly routine of mine to rewatch all of your videos. As well as during the day to get motivated to get up and get stuff done. A trait i love about myself is how much i put into everything i do. I am the kind of person whatever i set my mind to, I’m going to do it to the best of my ability. I am a competition cheer coach and with losing my dad i didn’t know if i could go back to coaching. But then i remembered how much all my kiddos look up to me and how it was my dream to become a cheer coach and my dad wouldn’t want me to give up, so i am all in this season! I’m going to give it my best! Also, my 24th birthday is Friday august 19th! ❤️❤️

Love that you always say to your viewers that you appreciate them. Well I appreciate you for all your tips and tricks that I have learned so I can clean my home better and in some cases more effectively and efficiently.
As far as a trait that I love about myself is that I have a big heart and always want to help those around me. Even if it's just listening to them, giving some advice, cooking a good meal for them, just genuinely makes my heart happy.
Personally I have found four extra blankets I found on Amazon and Walmart websites is these storage cubes that are cloth with a zipper. That way the blankets are there but nicely contained. I use them for extra sheets as well. I learned a trick quite few years ago to fold the matching sheets and put them in the pillow case and all is together and nice and neat.

A trait I love about myself is empathy towards others. I have worked in the public in my community for years. When someone is upset, I put myself in their shoes. A trait I love about myself is how dedicated I am to problem solving. I will research and try out things until I find the best solution whether it's finding the best way to organize or the best product to use or something work related. It's something I can really focus on and think out and I don't give up until I find a solution. Love your videos, they a super helpful in getting me motivated and moving.

A trait I love about myself is my compassion! I feel like I’ve always been able to maintain it despite what life throws. I definitely developed that trait from watching my mom and I I’m proud to be able to teach via example to my children that compassion and understanding is one of the greatest life skills we can have!

As someone that has anxiety and recently started getting help for PTSD as a result from childhood traumas, it is so hard to find a positive trait about myself. But I will say I think strength. After going thru so much, it hasn't stopped me. I grew up and am stopping the cycle and making sure my children don't have the same traumas.
I want to be able to say organizational skills and cleaning, but that's not it. I can keep my house tidy, but I am working on being better at cleaning by decluttering my house and making the most of my space. I love watching your videos while I'm working on cleaning and organizing my home.

It’s hard to pick a trait about myself that I love. It’s always so easy to focus on the things we don’t love. I think a trait I love is my ability to adapt and learn.
A trait I love about myself is my resilience. I don’t give up. Even when I want to. Even when I think I’m not good enough. My kids are the greatest motivators. The moment I had my first child I really showed myself I will do anything to provide a happy and healthy life. Im proud that I get up everyday and keep pushing. Despite depression or having a husband who’s active duty in the military and essentially living life as a single parent… I won’t give up. Im proud of the resilience I’ve shown myself.
I love that you recommend products! I’ve bought so many of them. Not because you’re pushy but because you demonstrate products well and do a good job of covering all the uses. I don’t know how I lived without each one of them before!
I think my best trait is making people happy. Whether it’s as simple as a smile, a compliment or helping someone out who I know really needs help but won’t ask. I’m a very caring person. And I love taking care of my hubby and my family❤️
Love all the motivation Jamie. I used your videos to get me through cleaning my sisters house. She’s not even 30 with a terrible cancer that is so resilient and just terrible. It felt so good to deep clean her home and give her a fresh space. A quality I love about myself is that I am caring and will do anything I can to make someone happier if I can.

Even when we had nothing I always tried to make sure that we had healthy meals and fun (free) activities to keep us active, and it all stemmed from not having those opportunities growing up!

A trait I love about me is my resilience.. I’ve overcome so much and often don’t give myself any credit. All the times I’ve been knocked down and the strength it’s taken to get back up. I left an 11 year abusive relationship all on my own, I only talk to three family members, and keep to myself.. so that took some strength, and resourcefulness!

For instance, if my family and I are walking into the grocery let’s say and I see an outfit or something of the sort I like on a person, I will tell them. As someone on the spectrum it didn’t come easily to me and so only has it shown personal growth but it has made me a better friend, partner and family member. One othing I can say I truly like about myself is that I'm very strick on treating others the way I want to be treated. I'm so big on doing this that when I don't do this I go back and apologize to whoever I might not have treated so well. I'm not perfect, but I know people want the same love and care I want.

I’m finally able to catch up on some of your videos…it’s been a busy summer!!! A trait that I love about myself is that I am open to learning new things with a positive mindset. I can’t say I have always had this trait but as I’ve gotten older I’ve learned to love that about myself!
A trait I love about myself is that no matter how bad of I day I have helping someone in need makes me feel better. I am a disabled veteran and experience PTSD. Some days are harder than others 😢. When i get a call to help a neighbor or fellow veteran, I leave my worries and try to help them… I know it’s just me convincing myself that other are having worse than I. I love my family and friends and always do my best to do what I can to help anyone out when in need. I don't like to see my loved ones struggling so if there is ever anything I can do to make something easier on them then I am there.

I can always find someone to talk to or connect with anywhere I go (which drives my husband crazy sometimes!). Being a military family, it definitely helps us adapt better when we have to move to a new area!

Hi Jamie, hope you've been well. I'd say my emotional strength is my favourite trait. Even when things can't get any worse I always find the strength to keep persevering. Looking back on my entire life I've never simply given up and I'm honestly very proud of myself for that. Can't wait for future videos. Stay safe xx
