About washing the daughter’s hair .. I started my daughter at 4 years old .. she is taller and acts older so I started her younger .. first I’d sit in the bathroom guiding her and being there with her and showing her what to do .. that was about 6 months or so .. she is now 6 and I don’t have to stay with her at all .. I tell her .. time to shower and away she goes! :)
I was cooking my kiddos lunch and prepping italian meatballls for dinner while watching this video. I just find your content and voice (and i love your Southern accent) so soothing and genuine and just puts me in a good mood. I usually am cleaning right along with you but I think Rona (and the fact that I watch my niece and nephew along with my 2 boys all week) is wearing me down now because Im not as motivated lol

We were about age 7-8 when my parents started making us wash our own hair. They supervised at first just to make sure we got our long hair super clean and rinsed well.
☀️ I watched on my day off and watched it until the end. All I accomplished was getting the car's oil changed and tires rotated. It inspired me to make Brussels sprouts for lunch. My oldest daughter recently moved out and my youngest daughter is in her late teens; my nest is emptying. Your video allowed me to look back and appreciate their younger years. I appreciate what you do. It is making me realize that I am going need a empty nest transition de-cluttering motivational video soon. Thank you!

This video kept me company and motivated as I deep cleaned our master bedroom and bathroom today. Vacuumed, dusted, cleaned the tub, walls, shower toilet, swept and mopped and shampooed the carpet in the bedroom, and cleaned the ceiling fan.

Yes, we decluttered our garage when we were in the beginning of the shutdown. I was sooooo happy to get it cleaned out. We've got a list of things we've done and more to do.

As always, love your clean marathon!! I was in the Bahamas many years ago and it is BEAUTIFUL. If you decide to leave your hotel to go into Nassau, be careful, as I know you would. You also asked about what makes us happy like a day at a time, I’m always thankful that God‘s giving me another day and I try to make the best of it and stay positive because we live in a very strange world. I also have a helpful hint for you, maybe you did this before you opened it, but my mom used to do this, and I thought it was odd, wipe the top of the can/cans before opening it, because in the warehouse where they are stored, you don’t know what’s been walking over them and just general germs and such. Blessings my dear.

Oh gosh I know exactly what u are talking about. We have a long haired cattle dog and the Dyson animal vacuum. I have to empty the canister after every room as well. It's been raining alot in Indiana so he is constantly trying to climb in our bed with us at night, all over the couch and rolls up on every rug i have throughout the house. We also have my 4 year old nephew living with us right now. I feel your pain honey. Keep rockin the housewife business I love your videos. You are an inspiration

We also had issues with the cover for the sofas -we had 3 seperate parts- and they looked so not nice and not smooth
My mom never did any cleaning lines I guess it's also cause our carpets were different they were more like the carpets you have downstairs like I cant really explain what I mean, anyway
My toilet is new (moved less then a year ago) and I also dont know how but I have on both toilets these stains on the top part.... nothing gets them off !!!!!!!!
I have a hack for pen stains on jeans- put milk (yes!) on it and let it sit a bit, and it washes right of in the machine, I also had it on my backpack

I am a hoarder! Yes I admitted it 😅! I love your videos! I definitely need to declutter! While the kids are at school I work on places I can't normally do while my kids (3) are home. My problem is my "junk drawer" end up being junk on the counter, on my desk, on my couch and it is driving me crazy 🤪! I'll watch your videos in the mornings and clean up certain spaces and it makes me feel super excited to have accomplished something 😀! Thanks!

Great video! Gave me tons of motivation! One of my best cleaning tips would be taking a butter knife, putting it in a damp paper towl and going around the rims of your sink and it works really well to prevent build up and I just do it once a week.😉😉

I remember all this marathon cleaning when mine were at home. It was non stop, but I did have the energy to do it all , maybe not so much now. 😂 Watching from Scotland 🏴 UK 🇬🇧 a widow of 9 years, so my daily routine is a lot less although, I do have three little e dogs (Lhasa's) Darcy Max and Kaylha. They certainly keep me on my toes. And at times they are more work than three kids. Lol 😂. My husband and I are on a local volunteer fire department and yes it’s true we keep a tote of stuffies in our engine and in our rescue. As well as a car seat. We also have a tote of random toys on our station for anyone that comes to station and uses it. Or our kids play with them while we are training or have meeting. So thank you for thinking of fire departments or police departments.
I'm at the beach on vacation with nothing to clean so I have no need for clean inspo yet here I am watching because I love you videos so much! Not sure I'll watch the whole thing but definitely going to watch a good bit!

Love these videos where you get to see that it actually takes effort to get and keep a home in order. It always inspire me and makes me happy I only have a appartment not a big house😊🏡❤️owning less and having a simple set up makes it easier for me to clean I take all the shortcuts I can and we all should: don't feel bad when you do it a s simply as possible
