I made this delicious cheesy vegetable casserole along with your spare ribs plus some mash potato for dinner the other night. Our 18 year old grandson was over for dinner and it was a huge success. There are so many cooking shows. I really really like yours. You are so thorough in your explanations, directions, demonstrations especially. You make it where we can see exactly how you roll the chimichangas (sp, sorry), or toquitos, even casseroles. THANK YOU! I've been cooking for 50 yrs and I'm a pretty good country cook. But Mexican food is my weakness! I was able to make one of my favorites, chimichangas. Because of your perfect demonstrations I was able to roll them very well. Not perfect like yours. Bit nothing leaked out as they cooked! I enjoy your shows very very much.
Just looks absolutely wonderful and I will be serving it soon in my home. I think Colby and Velveeta would make a wonderful combination. I like the idea of the celery in last. Ritz crumbs and butter can't be beat so what's not to like in this dish. Keep cooking Rachel I love it all
I am soooo hungry right now and think I could sit and eat that entire bowl of splendid delight! What a perfect recipe with the holidays coming up and who's going to say no to cheese on cheese with veggies topped with Ritz crackers. I've made a version of this and now I'm going to try yours as we just love veggies and especially this Normandy mix here at home. So wonderful to see you back here in your Texas kitchen even though it doesn't matter what kitchen you're in as we're guaranteed something delicious will be coming out of one of them. What do you suggest for a topping if you can't use crackers because one or more of the guests is gluten intolerant?
Not sure, but you might find gluten free crackers somewhere since there are so many gluten free products sold.❤
