all guts ever wanted were true homies. a family....its heartbreaking that he only came to that realization amidst the tragedy with griffith. and to see griffith in the water like that, completely powerless and hopeless, almost resorting to suicide was so damn sad.
When tendons are ripped off 100% it's impossible to use the muscles of what the tendons were conected into, in this case wrists and ankles, phisically he shouldn't be able to walk nor grab, unless cirugy, I'm not sure if cirugy for tendons existed back then
Unfortunately with Griffiths tendons being cut he can move his limbs enough to walk or do much of anything without help. Cut tendons have to be fixed with surgery shorly after they are severed or else they will never heal on there own again, its like a broken rubber band
I don’t think the show fully shows are badly Griffith has been damaged. He would’ve never walked.. possibly could never use his arms again. I’m pretty sure his tongue was cut out too
