- Welcome to our Berserk reaction!
The four archdemons of the God Hand awake and inform Griffith that he has been chosen to be their final member. For his baptism, Griffith must offer his friends as a sacrifice to the God Hand's Apostles. Griffith is shown visions of his past to convince him that the lives of his men are trivial in regard to the fulfillment of his dream. Guts climbs a mountain of flesh to try and stop Griffith from becoming a demon, but Griffith accepts the God Hand's offer. The entire Band of Hawk are branded as sacrificial offerings for the unborn child of darkness, Griffith. Развлечения
Oh guys, this is the moment that we've been waiting for. The event that is gonna change Guts's life on 100 %. And, well, yours as well.
Thank you for the another reaction 👌 Hope to see episode 25 as a next video.
Soon! :)
What is terrible in this story is Guts' incomprehension of Griffith's words, when he said that for him a friend was someone capable of being his equal, he never expressed the idea that He was waiting for someone to become one, but not being able to consider anyone who could be his equal, he was ready to sooner or later sacrifice everything and therefore not have a friend. With Guts having earned Griffith's respect and even surpassing him in some ways, it was only a matter of time before he tried to destroy him.
Griffith wouldn't, he specified: anyone who fights for his dream and Guts didn't have ambitions, probably he was the only character who didn't have any of that because of his past. But still Guts kinda fucked it up by leaving the band since as he said, he already had a home in there with his comrades and he shouldn't have put the focus on getting Griffith's approval
@@Kic757 It was inevitable that guts would leave. As you said Guts fights not for a goal but to defy death. And that's why Griffith absolutely wanted him. Marking his dominance over someone who seemed to have no hope and therefore indomitable. But by giving him reasons to appreciate life (comrades and pride) Guts began to wonder if it was worth it to always put himself in danger not for himself but for another (that's what he asks himself during the fight against the 100 men). Griffith gave him reasons to love life and therefore to be something other than a weapon that we use . It was inevitable that he would find his own way.
Very sad truth :(
And fun fact: the Skeleton-brain angel is the narrator from intro talking about the fate and man.
Id recommend watching the third netflix movie after finishing episode 25.
It shows a couple of more details surrounding the final events. Its animated decently too.
It also has like 10 more minutes of ending that end things in a slightly more satisfying way
After this, the whole story really takes a turn into dark fantasy / horror.
Sad there is no decent continuation :(
And last one more !
You're entering a world of hurt .. Welcome !
His will to not stop whatever happens is truly heroic trait! Unfortunately that was his only one :(
I’m predicting next video has same clothes. Otherwise, these 2 have good discipline.
😂
Lol
We did not film episodes 24 and 25 back to back, but still on the same day :)
I will not spoil how it ends but there is a fan made ending which is acording to the manga but someone just wanted to make it. Look up "berserk 1997 ending" after you finish watching the last episode on youtube and you will find it. Would love to see your reaction to it. Its all acording to the manga but its fanmade animation. You wont even notice a difference with the animation compared to the 1997 its identical its just a continuation to not leave you super confused.
I think we know which one you mean :) that's gonna be our next Berserk video after 25th episode!
Diggin the hoodie!
The anime is like disney compared to the manga...don't read the manga, it's filthy as hell.....but... do read the manga because it's good as hell >_>!!!!!
probably most famous/infamous scene/event in anime/manga with next episode... grins
-----------------
sometime in future, if you want an anime/manga similar to Berserk, might want to take a look at:
Claymore = the "female version" of Berserk
Claymore = The Witcher + Berserk
Clare truly is Guts' Long Lost Sister of the Sword
-------------
the medieval "trilogy" of anime/manga:
1. Berserk
2. Claymore
3. Vinland Saga
Thanks for recommendation!
2 more episodes if you decide to watch/record that extra episode I linked you to. :p
It's all official, but was just fan edited to look exactly like an episode that aired. Next episode won't disappoint!
As for "Baptism" - it's a weird translation. It simply chanted "Sacrifice" in the English dub.
It's interesting how the subs differ from the manga
Berserk is such an interesting one because i think they chose to leave alot out from manga because of logistical reasons probably. the manga will definitely give more context because that story allows you to see more of current blackswordsman guts before they throw u into the flashback golden age arc. and in addition, during the golden age arc in manga there are more instances of these monsters than the anime. and what sucks is the anime just leaves at a gigantic cliff hanger. and u basically have to just read the manga to see what happens immediately after the eclipse.
And we heard manga was never finished... Maybe someone will just upload advanced AI of original manga author, so that AI will complete the story lol
@@DenverSenpaithe authors friend knows exactly how it ends so he picked it up and is continuing it.
Now we arrive at the crux of Griffith's character. Playing the 'hero' was just a means to an end. He's a character driven by pure selfish ambition. But we saw him as a hero because he was charming and he was brutalizing the "bad guys."
propably there is a one last episode that made me cry
Yea Berserk turns into more of a (dark) fantasy story after Golden Age. There's all sorts of fantasy creatures and stuff in the story
I like your reactions
He hadn't seen that in his childhood literally. The scene may have started out like something he saw like a normal street but was quickly manipulated, the godhand members disguised as the old woman is probably also a false insertion into the scene.
Yeah, we figured eventually :)
Events and people were manipulated to bring Griffith to that choice, from bringing him to general of Midland down to a tortured husk. It is a sucky choice with no good option, but it is still a choice. when people say that "Griffith did nothing wrong", they assume Griffith had no agency in his decision of sacrificing the Band of the Hawk.
Unfortunately they don't have any context about Skull Knight :v
Some one really said Griffith did nothing wrong🤦🏻♂️
Pls watch the memorial series❤❤😢😢
Brace yourselves guys
Hi Sabina 🥰
Action is nice but if the show has other perks that prevail we definitely would love it
Good video, I hope a final review about the entire anime for the next chapter, its a shame that u lost a lot of contents because the anime not adapt everything from the manga, I dont recommend to watch the "next season" because the work it really poor I you may feel much more lost about the story I prefer u change to the manga I make review for each narrative arc. Waiting for the final episode reaction.
If by next season you mean 2016 version, then yeah, we don't plan to watch it, we heard it is pretty bad :(
I'm pretty sure everyone tod you this but i'll say it anyway : read the manga
NOT spoilers: Crucial things from manga aren't missing (imo). Most relevant things are shown in anime
