Doing this along with wonyoung Pilates workout and Le Serrafim workout
Day 1: ✅completed it felt really fast but I felt the burn in my abs during bicycle crunches and the first exercise but overall I’m not tired. Walked: 12,000 steps
Day 2: ✅completed at 8:37pm. The first exercise is hard for me and I walked around 11,000 steps. The ab stretch felt really nice!
Day 3: ❌ I danced for 4-5 hours and walked heaps
Day 4: ❌ same as day 3
Day 5: ✅ my parents said I am so much skinnier which I think so too and I’m so happy!! But was it bc of these workouts or walking heaps everyday?

My One Week Challenge
DOING THIS ALONG WITH KAHUZA ABS WORKOUT
Day 1 : I did it! (You can to) it was hard since i just started doing exercise but its effective.
Day 2 : I completed it and it's bit hard since I'm not flexible.
I really want a video from bomfit to bring flexibility in body.
this work out is a game changer!! i’ve been doing this workout along with the lisa leg workout and kazuha workout for a month and i’ve seen so much change to my body!!
my legs are more toned and also slim down a bit and i used to have lower belly fat but now it got so much lesser!!
i’ve been feeling very good abt my body and now i wear crop top without worrying!! in the past i used to bloat so much but now i don’t bloat that much and it reduces faster!!

ps: i went to the gym and swimming on some days too. i also didn’t have a diet. i just ate slower and lesser. i also reduced my sugar and snack intake

Is it okay for beginners to do these exercises?? If it is so hard can you do it less than the time shown on the video??
I think it's ok for biggener to do this exercise. And yes you can minimise the time but your results will apply according to your workout..
How many sets do you recommend
Until it gets easier, 3sets a day,3times per week would be good.:)
