Macgyver de Quadros forget them and leave them. Never align oneself to those that only bring one down and not elegate one up.
Like you.. all my life Ive been brought down and disappointed even by family (both the giving side: dad side and the self centered side: mom side).
Being too kind has it's bad side (smothering and limiting) as well as the truth and fact of a tyranic and overbearing side (you do what I want or you'll die trying to live the way you wish and are). Trust me.. I've been defeated and lost many times.. but I won't allow it no more.. and distance myself from those who don't support nor understand the least even if I have to be alone and by myself.
It is better to be by oneself than in the company of those who limit and bring us down.
There is always a way.. no matter how little you can stary. It is time to take and align ourselves to what makes us feel fortunate than to stick ourselves to those that makes us feel unfortanate, a curse, bad, as well as use us..

Macgyver de Quadros sociopaths have a history of abuse and verbal abuse from the environment they live in, such as a school young kids trying to fit in with the popularity society. And also violent parents who likes to child abuse. The shooters are gun aficionados.

The three pillars of leadership development are being, knowing, and doing. I have become a better leader by applying each of these in my life. The doing part has been more difficult for me because I am so set in my ways that its hard sometimes to practice something else. Many business leaders today are disconnected with the employees they mentor. Part of the issue is that our main technique of developing leaders is averse to the kind of leadership we want. Therefore, leadership development needs to inspire being-level dimensions, the learning skill needs to propose stillness and space for deliberate observation. It’s tough to teach how to be. Training individuals with tools and representations is very diverse from just holding a space for leaders to be. I have found that giving contributors experiences, such as attentively walking outside in nature or sitting soundlessly in peer groups to listen to classmates share their lives allows leaders to go into their inward world as a powerful tool for educating the vigorous skills of purpose and self-awareness discipline.

I disagree. Extroverts are great communicators? Really. Think again. Introvert are much better communicators which requires both Listening and Talking. Extroverts are horrible at listening !! Listening is actually far more essential skill as a leader than speaking.

It is pretty uncomfortable for me to talk about my own accomplishments, but I do like to boast about the wonderful accomplishments of those around me! I love how you transitioned over to the importance of creating a safe space that allows people to be themselves, and let the magic happen organically! had to go for a walk a couple days ago because I felt stifled by all the stimuli in my classroom...i felt like my entire body was charged (overexerted) and i needed to relax or i could collapse and pass out. i didn't even realize that it was part of my introvertness...i just needed space to breathe.

    • @idontcaretbh2999

Nikhiyang I have that same feeling often at school. People are so loud in some classes that I can literally feel like I'm going crazy, or wonder how everyone else is even tolerating this much noise. I've always been this way, very sensitive to sensory stimulation. I'm an introvert but I also think I'm a highly sensitive person (HSP). You might be as well, it's worth looking up!

My inclination....Introverts internalize introspects intuitively Extroverts exhibit as excessive, exuberant extremists, excelling externally ,exceeding in expectations expediently, existing while insisting, exemplifying existence inclusively but excluding
introverts as incapable, incompetent and incoherent, yet we are in tune, intelligent and internally and externally in-sync. Exactly ....

She is saying that there are a lot of extroverted leaders in the world even though they make up a small percentage of the population. In her example of subbing for a bold extroverted leader, she was still able to lead and guide her team in a different way than the extroverted leader but still helped and led her team to win gold at the Olympics. Given her example, introverts should be filling up more leadership roles because they are still able to lead but in a different way than extroverts. There is no need to bring negativity to someones speech just because you do not understand their message. Take the time to understand and listen.....
