Columns 4 are pretty nice, especially the compund with a gym, a basketball court, tennis court, pool, and volleyball. But the hallways are pretty outdated and nasty, the room with the sauna aren't up anymore, pool rooms, etc.
I had a friend that lived there and he said the same thing 😂. One thing though is that it's nice that you do have some of those extra amenities! Some places have NONE of these and it can feel like you wonder what you're paying for 🤷🏻♂️
Hi, is there any family apartments or duplexes to move to. We will be looking to move to the Springfield area as soon as we sell my house in Florida. We would need for my daughter to move there with her family. I would be buying and she needs to rent

Hows Lakewood village apartments
You'll have to check out reviews yourself, from what I can tell people generally like it there!
Is there anything on the North side of town? Moving there for work soon.
Honestly I would recommend the Stoneridge Apartments, it's a little more east of town but it's highly rated! One other one is the Greens Apartments just North of I-44. I have had family live there and they said it was pretty nice! All out on a golf course.
Is there a need or market there for a professional Real Estate Photographer? I've been contemplating a move to the Springfield area from California.
Coming from a born and raised Californian, be ready for a much slower pace of life if you decide to move this way.
@@giod43beast - that is very true. I’ve heard that from multiple people how the lifestyle between the two are much different! Missouri being slower… and people actually waving at each other though! 😊
