I tried doing this with whipped cream from the can (horrible I know but I don't have a hand mixer) and it came out extremely runny. I'll try with 50g instead of 150g the next time I get a chance. I didn't add any more sugar bc the canned whipped creme is already sweetend so I can at least tell you that the taste is great! I don't like sweet things all that much so for the majority the added sugar is probably recommended. Thanks so much for the video! I really enjoyed making it even though it didn't work out quite as planned :)

I know high-level chefs use them, but you seem so into food, and it surprises me you would be okay with altering the food negatively - like what happens when using a microwave.
this is wrong, microwaves aren't unhealthy in any way.Its all based on pseudo science and non sense if you do actual research you will find that microwaves do not ''alter'' food.
