Листовой и гранулированный желатин отличаются своими желирующими свойствами, у листового желатина они выше в 1,5 раза. То есть 2 г листового желатина = 3 г гранулированного.

Agar Agar can be added to desserts. A lot of Asian desserts use it . There are so many videos on RUclips you can search for it.
@@MTMF.london I did try doing that. Bug I could not find any video where they have added it to a fruit souffle or cheesecakes. I have been able to find videos only of chocolate desserts

Ya mascarpone is pricey. But so good.
It’s really expensive in Canada as well. And you have to go to a specialty store to buy it. So I tried making it homemade myself last week. I will never buy it from the store again. It’s not hard to make but does take time. And you have the added comfort of knowing exactly what is in what you made. Worth trying at least once. ❤️🇨🇦 hope you are all staying safe.

In the U.S. do we even have a 15cm baking pan? And what about that white liner in the pan? I’ve never seen that 😞

@@sh8068 yes it actually works on a springform pan. Just make sure you use a steam towel in removing the cake so you can achieve that smooth looking cake.

i made this. its made of heavy cream,cream cheese and mascarpone cheese, its too rich and too greasy. the lemon juice not enough,so the cake is too rich,not yummy.

Can I use powdered gelatin instead of the sheet gelatin? If so, what is the ratio of water to gelatin?
1 tsp is the equivalent of 2 sheets. Just hydrate the powdered and use the same amount of water. I did it that way and it came out beautiful

I enjoyed watching the video, but as soon as I realized that "no bake" meant gelatin was added, I was out. Gelatin cheesecake never has as pleasing a texture/mouth feel as real cheesecake.
