Hi, did u try with the increased whipped cream? How long did u beat the whip cream once u put it in? Maybe its the gelatine. Bt mine was very firm i tot i should reduce my gelatine. Try reduce the water to 35ml and add 2g more of gelatine. Its usually firm but it shldnt be kept in room temp for more than 20mins tho...

I use Redman brand gelatine powder. If u r in singapore can buy at Phoon Huat. N Supplies also sell halal gelatine I think. If u r from somewhere else, i think you can try amazon. Search for halal gelatine powder for baking.

I'm nt sure if tts ok coz i usually do my no bake cheesecake with heavy cream or whipping cream, either dairy or non dairy.

If u want it faster u can freeze it. Takes 2-3hrs. If chill in fridge must at least 5 hrs or overnight.

Hi, im not sure of gelatine substitution. If u want to make for urself and omit the gelatine then i suggest making it in small individual containers.

Salam, boleh je gunakan 8" round pan cuma rendah sikit. Tp kalau nak kek tinggi, then can increase by 10%.

You can try omit the gelatin but u hv to keep in freezer overnight and once u take out fr the fridge, eat it soon. Cannot be kept outside longer.
One way is to use non dairy whipping cream and substitute 125g of the creamcheese to whipping cream so total 275ml cream.
