Sono italiano e questa ricetta sembra buona ma non è lontanamente paragonabile al tiramisù,a partire dal fatto che non si fa con il Pan di Spagna ma con i savogliardi(che sono dei biscotti leggeri)e poi non è una torta ma un dolce che ai mette in una specie di vassoio o coppa e si mangia al cucchiaio (oppure lo si mette sul piatto) E poi anche la crema è totalmente diversa,non è perché c'è il mascarpone allora è una crema tiramisù
I followed your recipe and ingredients exactly as shown in the video, but after I took the cake out of the oven it didn't rise and was only 3/4" tall. I even used a 15cm cake pan as per your instructions. What did I do wrong?
I’ve learned that when mixing the cake batter after adding the flour to use a whisk to fold the ingredients together, using a light hand not like you would whisk eggs. When I used a spatula all the air just went out of the batter and I had a flat cake after it cooked.
Well I stand corrected, made this today and it did not work for me this time. I mixed the batter so carefully but it went as flat as a pancake 😞. I think I’ll use another chocolate cake recipe that I know works and then use her syrup and filling.
