    고소하고 풍미가 좋은 누텔라를 듬뿍 넣은 노오븐, 노젤라틴 치즈케이크를 만들었어요~
    간단한 재료로 쉽게 만들어 정말 맛있게 즐길 수 있는 케이크랍니다~^^
    누텔라가 많이 들어가 많이 단 편이지만 한입 먹으면 고소한 누텔라 맛이 가득해서 맛있더라구요~
    크러스트로 사용한 오레오와 위에 얇게 굳힌 가나슈와의 색이 고급스럽게 잘 어울려 예쁘더라구요~~
    위에는 동글한 모양의 화이트 초콜릿을 진주 목걸이처럼 둘러주어 마무리했어요~
    크림치즈와 누텔라가 많이 들어가서 젤라틴 없이도 잘 굳고 먹을 때는 부드러운 식감이 정말 좋은 것 같아요~

    ▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 16cm
    ▶재료
    부순 오레오 80g
    녹인 무염버터 30g
    크림치즈 400g
    슈가파우더 50g
    누텔라 350g
    코코아파우더 8g
    바닐라익스트랙 3g
    다크초콜릿 100g
    생크림 70g
    ▶레시피
    1. 부순 오레오에 녹인 무염버터를 넣고 섞은 뒤 틀 바닥에 꾹꾹 눌러 깔고 냉장실에 넣어둔다.
    2. 크림치즈를 부드럽게 풀고 슈가파우더를 넣고 섞은 뒤 누텔라를 넣고 섞는다.
    3. 코코아파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞은 뒤 틀에 넣고 평평히하고 냉장실에서 4~6시간 이상 굳힌다.
    4. 초콜릿과 생크림을 전자레인지에 40초 정도 돌려 녹이고 굳은 치즈케이크 위에 붓고 평평히한 뒤 냉장실에서 1시간 정도 굳힌다.
    ▶Ingredients
    80g Crushed oreo (without cream)
    30g Melted unsalted butter
    400g Cream cheese
    50g Powdered sugar
    350g Nutella
    8g Cocoa powder
    3g Vanilla extract
    100g Dark chocolate
    70g Whipping cream

      It's a springform pan. You should be able to find it at any decent store that carries baking and cooking supplies (or online of course).

    Gorgeous. I might try it soon! I have some other of your recipes to try first. I was wondering what kind of "parchment paper" do you use to wrap around your cake tin? I've seen it in most of your videos but it doesn't quite look like paper. It's more like silicone but it also doesn't look like it either. Hope you can see this message and reply =)) Thank you for your channel. It's the best. ^-^

      I think shes used a type of reusable baking paper. Its sold in a roll form. Most of the time its used like a silicone sheet. Looks like shes trimmed it to the size of the tin

      Romina Tulisi we can buy brown parchment paper here. It’s usually bleach free which is why it’s brown. You can also get brown wax paper which is suitable for hot or cold cooking. Pretty sure that’s what she uses because there is a slight shine to the paper.
