Thanks so much for these workouts! I've subscribed to your channel. I have joint problems and injuries from years of hard cardio/hiit. But i danced as a kid and your workouts have been very good and very gentle on my body!
Thanks for the vid and really love your workouts. I avoided these newer vids for so long as I didn't think they were workouts, they seemed more like yoga or wellness type vids by the titles (just usually look for legs/abs titles etc). Thanks for all the vids you do.
