I was in a full “panic attack.” I tried deep breathes and holds. Nothing worked for 20+ minutes. My heart was beating all over the place. My wife found this, and after playing the five minute message, I was 100% back to normal. I never thought it would work to that degree. Now, every day, I stop mid morning and afternoon just to dissipate any stress. THANK YOU MIKE!! You changed my life! Update: after 2 months, not only have I not had any panic episodes, my heart palpitations have decreased considerably. Nearly zero. I spent several weeks following the 20 minute guided breathing. Between these two, it has been life changing. Sometimes while driving or really almost anywhere I'll breath in and out slowly. I'm convinced this dissipates any stress that might have otherwise presented itself physically via a panic attack. ruclips.net/video/zMEFBM0pEQw/видео.html

@@gayatrisangale2468 This five minute exercise should work if you follow it exactly. Be sure to use headphones to eliminate outside noise. For me, I used this technique 2-3 times a day regardless how I felt. Dissipate the stress before it becomes a panic attack. Also, I began the 20 minute once per day Guided Coherence Breath Exercise by Aria Breath. This is supposed to "reset" your parasympathetic nervous system. For me it worked. No panic attacks for months now. ruclips.net/video/zMEFBM0pEQw/видео.html

This breathing guide is good, thank you.
I had bone crushing depression and anxiety related digestive issues; the best thing I did was turn to the Lord Jesus and read His word; I compiled a list of affirmations based on the truth of His word and I say them every morning when I get up, after prayer and thanking Him for another day. The affirmations have been life changing. He loves us so much, and He can heal you from the trauma you’ve suffered. I pray you turn to Him and find the joy & peace only He can offer.

I keep getting stressed out because of working on something, and then Ive been getting agitated by just everything in my room and the noises around me, as well as constantly thinking about every little problem I have, this helps clear alot of that and calms me down, thank you
