Easy Boxed Breathing Exercise with Binaural Beats to help you rest and relax. I have added beautiful Binaural beats using Theta which will help our brain relax and get deeper more restorative sleep.
This box breathing has a longer exhale to help also calm down our body and mind for deep relaxation.

Box breathing can be thought of as the opposite of a panic attack. It can also be performed discreetly. What you need to do is sit upright, with your feet flat on the floor. After slowly exhaling, you slowly inhale through your nose to the count of four. Your lungs fill with air while you hold your breath for another slow count of four. Then you exhale through your nose for six more beats, and finally, hold your breath one more time for four counts before repeating the process.

These breathing exercises are a guide only, you should always listen to your own body and not push yourself, if you feel unwell STOP. Never practice breathing exercises before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath, or in any other circumstance where the loss of consciousness could result in bodily harm. I try to spray mildy salty water up my nostrils daily, especially in the cold season. I am thinking I could try to do that before co2 tables traning (a little bit harder than box breathing, and I am not sure it would fit your interests), hopefully that + a wet towel on my eyes will trigger the mammalian dive reflex so my heart-rate slows (dunno)@@scarlettox

It does get easier. The more you practice mindfulness and breathing exercises the more effective they become (in my experience).
