I had to come back and comment this 80% asleep. I had to bring a friend of mine to the hospital tonight because he randomly felt really sick and his oxygen saturation was 90% and he really didn’t look good. I immediately went into care taker mode as did my fiance and my friends girlfriend. It stressed me out SO and I had been cleaning my whole apartment before then so I’ve just been on overdrive. I could feel my pulse in my back and it was keeping me from sleeping. After listening to this twice, my pulse feels better. I’m on time #3 or 4, but it’s working so well. Thank you so much❤

After two sleepless nights detoxing from a fifteen (15) year benzo addiction prior to a colonoscopy resulting from a remarkable Cologuard test, I listen to this am asleep for 30 minutes and then five gunshots outside my conapt. It was either a nail gun or some officer clearing a found weapon. No police showed up. Thank you.

Donating plasma this video took me from 114 to 98 from 12-14 of rewatching. I recommend doing this while they’re taking the blood pressure as well. 🎉
