I am a very anxious person . I get anxious and scared easily . Panic attacks , heart fast rate. From today, I promise to myself , I will meditate everyday and overcome every fear . Enough of everything, I want to be normal like everyone .
Sometimes saying you'll meditate every day can be too big of a goal. By all means try, but be gentle with yourself if you can't manage that. Instead, allow yourself 5 minutes of restful, quiet time. It doesn't have to be a sit-down meditation, but can be a walk in the garden or a to sit down with a cup of tea. Quiet moments can be found anywhere.
Instead of fighting the fear, walk through it. Fighting makes anxiety build and come back stronger...walking through and being kind to yourself by taking babysteps helps tremendously.
I have been doing your meditation almost daily for a year as I am a heart failure patient. It has helped me so much and has contributed that I went from Stage 4 very severe heart failure to Stage 2 heart failure which is mild. Along with a great doctor. Good medicine, a strict diet and these meditations made all the difference in my getting better.
I am so very pleased that you have been working at improving your heart health. That's fantastic news! Stress management often gets overlooked, but along with the rest of your regime, it seems like it's helping. Congratulations!
What diet do you eat? I have diastolic dysfunction a form of diastolic heart failure and I'm terrified and trying to do whatever it takes to get better

I was having bad heart palpitations one day and gave myself anxiety. I found this and realized it really calmed me down. Now a couple months later I listen to this every night to sleep, it’s that calming. 💕 I fall asleep within 10 minutes. Mediation is wonderful.
Thank you for this video. Never before have I cried during a meditation. Not only did you physically calm me but it helped soothe my mental stress too. What a great release
I was having a pretty bad anxiety attack. My bpm was at 120 resting. I exercise twice a day and my bpm can get as low as 40bpm resting on my feet. This saved me, thank you. 🙂
I am in constant stress. My heart doesn’t get a break. Except remembering to breath and these meditations. This is an important one for me. As are all the others.🙏
I love how the affirmations are realistic and not delusionally positive. I like that release was a continuous process of awareness and not just a mental balloon to burst. I appreciate the thought and empathy put into this guided meditation. Thank you!
I'm gonna use this. It is perfect for my anxiety about my heart. I found out I have irregular heartbeats but thankfully I don't have any worse problems. I am still trying to determine my breathing issues. Pray for me. 🧡

I wish this did not start with statements about the negative impacts of stress on the heart and arteries. For someone trying to recover from a cardiac event, it can be triggering to hear that. It would be better to put that information in the description rather than the audio at the beginning of the meditation. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful meditation.
I personally appreciated that part as a friendly reminder, and I'm dealing with heart palpitation a few years now, still learning how to cope with and how to assess them rightly. So I consider it helpful for a better mindset for self-esteem and life itself, which is important in a busy and fast-pace world like ours.🤷♀️🌞

This meditation was so relaxing and calming. Is it best to do meditation sitting or laying down? How often would you recommend doing this meditation? I am new subscriber…thank you.
I prefer to say to get into a comfortable position, just tune into to how you're feeling to see if you'd rather lie down or sit. Get into the habit of daily relaxation, but it doesn't always have to be a guided meditation. Hope this helps
This did help me with my condition too some degree. However, for me I had two items that created frustration; 1. - the music is too low.
