    I love all your videos . Your voice is one of very few that help me in all areas- panic- bloating- Tummy- talk down. I do appreciate all you do. I have not been able to find a therapist to help me in any of my issues for 2 years and you are my go to for crisis and panic / especially waking up in night sweets or terrors , that mess with my tummy.

    Your meditations are really powerful. The other day my lower back and thighs were so tight as I have made a massive shift and I knew this section was holding on so that meditation where you dump the pain, I did and it literally lifted, in fact afterwards I had to go and sleep I was so exhausted from the heaviness then relief!     I'm yet to try this out, but I just searched for a bloating meditation a few days ago and found nothing, and now you drop this! Your mediations are my absolute favourite, and I really hope this will help with the gassyness I've been experiencing recenly.

    I want realy much a meditation for loving my belly.

      The gas may be your gut’s reaction to moving some stuck contents through the digestive canal. Can you find some ways to soften and loosen everything gently? Ground linseeds daily with lots of water is good. I’ve used this for 35years!
      Along with this meditation every single day, I’ve done a daily belly massage. It really helps to loosen and soothe the gut, while moving all the sluggish contents along. Plus keep eating things that your gut likes and leave out meat if possible, because it’s very hard to digest. Include lots of veggies of all sorts and let your digestive system get used to them. At first it will mean a bit more gas, but the good bugs will start to thrive and then they help with digestion.
      Also, don’t eat factory manufactured foods, because the additives and trans fats etc. can cause upsets with the normal functioning of the gut.
      Always leave at least four hours between meals to give your gut a rest period - I’ve discovered over the years, that I need to leave five or six hours.
      I do hope you find relief. It’s sometimes a lifetimes work, discovering what your own personal digestive needs are! But these are some things that worked for me and I hope it might help a little bit. Bless you ❤
