    Instructions:
    - Deep Breathing in through the nose for 4 seconds.
    - Retention/Hold for 16 Seconds.
    - Breath out through the mouth for 8 seconds.
    - Repeat as required.
    What is the Lymphatic System and what is the purpose of this breathing exercise?
    By breathing we stimulate the flow of the lymph, and through deep breathing, we encourage a larger flow of the cleansing lymph fluid. Once we breathe, the lymph ducts send the lymph into our blood flow, then onto the liver where it metabolizes and then onto the kidneys where toxins are filtered.

    This truly has been one of the best discoveries of my 2022 year. I even practice the short version while waiting in line to pick-up my kids from school. One of the most amazing gift about this breathwork, is how well it brings down my glucose, it's even more effective than yoga for some reason. Other forms of exercise will elevate my glucose for sometime, while doing this breathing never fails to lower my reading. It's powerful! Thanks so much.

    I've been doing this exercise along with a few other breathing methods as in a workout, warm-up resistance/conditioning, and a cooldown. This is my warm-up, which im sweating by the end! This I feel helps to open my ribcage, expand the lungs to activate for my conditioning part which is performing the wim hof method, for 3 to 4 rounds . I found the wim hof method activated a harder breathing response for the rest of the day after I finished, even though it helped lower the heart rate and set in the relaxed parasympathetic state. So I then thought why not implement oxygen advantage dowregulating, creating air hunger to set in the parasympathetic state. Activates the slow, subtle response we need for the rest of the time. So as we've meshed together, the nervous system states with wim hof this helps to maintain that fix for after. This lymphatic breathing method is great before since it helps my breath hold. Oftentimes, im sweating. Cheers, and thanks, buddy, for your channel. It's been a blessing 🙏

    OMG I thought I was going to pass out. My PCP gives a test for breathing and supposedly I pass it. No way! Thank you for this video and I hope to continue doing it because I feel miserable.

    To TakeADEEPBREATH, this was an awesome exercise for the lungs Did you literally repeat yourself doing the exercise or did you cut and paste your voice to make the video longer?? Just asking.

    There are so many breathing exercises for various purposes. If I want to do up to 5 different types, what is the time gap necessary to space them out. Is it ok to do many different types one after another

    • @sangeetawadhawan8075
      @sangeetawadhawan8075 3 года назад

      No it’s not a good idea to do them randomly one after the other. Breathing exercises also have heating and cooling effect for the body. Depends what you want out of them and what body type you are to decide which ones to do and for how long
