I'm 50 now, and this is the first time ever I meditate, although I suffered inner anxiety and stress for all my life. I was very sceptical, but it really does help me. Thank you for making this available to everyone, in a way which allows for everyone to practice her / his own way and rhythm.
I’m just going to put this out here. My anxiety feels like a debilitating curse. Constantly short of breath, battling insomnia, as well as gut nuances really leads me to feeling constantly stressed and anxious 24/7, on top of balancing all my studies AND a somewhat social life. But I come here, and I feel a little bit of that stress alleviate. I have to keep going strong ❤
This describes exactly what I’m going through! It’s a tough journey, and very unpleasant at time.

I can definitely relate to this, it feels like I'm constantly fighting for my true self to be able to show although the anxiety is holding me down. It's so, so hard to push through but I hope you continue to and I wish you the best of luck on your journey ❤️

I just moved abroad for college, leaving my family and girlfriend back home. Been super stressfull couple of days, I am so happy I found this
Just tried this after months of work-related stress, digestive act up and a month of vertigo attacks. When I did, I found just how constructed my chest and stomach area had been. Thank you. Health is not something to take for granted.
This has helped with my anxiety so much 🌸💕❤️ deep breathing really helps regulate an overstimulated nervous systems ❤️
Yes Marsss 🙏🏻🌸 Have you ever tried coherent breathing 😮💨 ? It consists of breathing on a count of 6 for inhalation and 6 for exhalation. It helped me massively to decrease anxiety. All the best to you. Keep on breathing 🙏🏻

Lately I’ve been feeling a lot of anxiety in the morning. This meditation was exactly what I needed today! I love going back to the basics of simple breathing exercises. I feel so calm now, thank you!!❤️❤️

Felt a little unfocused when I started this meditation, was amazed that after the 10 minutes my mind feels sharper and more focused and I can feel my inner peace. It's so reassuring to read these comments and see that I'm not the only one suffering from crippling anxiety. Intrusive thoughts have been especially active in my mind lately as well. i havent meditate in a couple of months and i have an app at the doctors today, felt like i needed it greatly and my god i cant tell you the sense of peace and joy has washed over me in just ten minutes :O thank you for this meditaion :)
I think i just got my first panickattack. I just couldn't stop crying and my heart was beating very fast and I felt like I couldn't breathe normally. I looked up some breathing exercises and came here. This really helped me to calm down again and maybe finally go to sleep.

I love this simple but healing meditation session. We use it in pulmonary therapy class. It helps with breathing and the anxiety that comes with my scarred lungs due to covid pneumonia. This is good therapy. 🙌
Doing this 30 min before my interview. I feel calm, and collected. I got this!
The detailed instructions on how to breathe make this very helpful. I often forget to breathe when I'm focusing even during meditation and these instructions, as well as telling us to do it at our own pace, helped me snap out of my anxiety attack very quickly. Thank you!
My anxiety is kicking in and my heartbeat is too fast. I feel cold and nauseous and i dont know what to do. When i did this meditation i slowly felt a little warmer and i dont feel my heartbeat being fast anymore. I even felt better when i saw the comment sections going through the same thing as me. Makes me feel that if anyone can overcome anxiety or panic attacks, i can too :))
Me currently clutching Xanax In tears because I want to try everything I possibly can before having to take it. Even though I know in the short term it’ll work almost immediately. I’ve never meditated before
@@Andrukahn think of life as a job that we're on. we are the restaurant workers? the boss is a person who feels the emotion. we feel to connect with him so the job can grow. we don't quit until. we slow. 🌺 🎶 get some physical exercise for the body to connect as one who chooses. Heal 🌺💕

Honestly i have never felt more set to reality than what this meditation made me feel in 10minutes. I have never tried meditating, but for the first time in so long I was able to calmly and relaxed feel grounded and be one with myself and my surroundings. Definitely returned my breathing to normal and took my headache away.

I’ve watched while doing this guided meditation about 15 times. It’s such a wonderful way to release myself into a peaceful and tranquil state. I have a breathing condition, which is made aggravated when I have stressful emotions arise, and this lets me totally refresh from them (in case you were wondering the condition came from the days back when I used to vape weed cartridges, which i looooved, but such a high cost now as I’ve had this for 2 years now) so thank you😊

Tried this for the first time today and began to feel a feeling of deep sadness come up from my abdomen and began to scrunch up my face as if I were about to bawl my eyes out and cry. After opening my eyes some tears fell out. Been dealing with stomach issues for a while now that I believe have been emotionally affecting me. This will definitely be routine from now on, thank you.

This is my favourite i tried so far! I thought at first that meditation didn't help me at all. But it's a slow and subtle change. I can much easier focus and tune out distractions. I can also easier calm down if i have anxiety when lying in bed. Thank you so much for making all these videos!

Oh my god I can’t believe it! I started meditation (unguided, just by myself in silence) a couple days ago to deal with cannabis and tobacco withdrawal and so far it’s been very helpful!
I was trying this video and halfway through the session tears started to drop. Meditation is really powerful I regret for not having it discovered sooner

this is my first time meditating. i am a 16 year old that has a lot of tension and built of anxiety, due to trauma and depression (thank god i am healed). i started going to a mental health coacher about a month ago, and she advised me to start mediating, and doing breathing excercises. at first i thought it was stupid because mediation takes a long time, and it's only for boring people. but now i decided to try and better myself, teach myself how to accept myself for who i am and learn how to be less tense. this video helped me A LOT to relax in many different occasions, and i am grateful for it. not a lot of people can afford health coachers and therapists, but i can tell you that if you do, PLEASE listen to their advice, it's life saving.

The first 2 times I listened to this I started crying healing tears. Now I do it just about every day and when I don't do it I can tell, because I'm more anxious. Thanks to my psychiatrist who recommended deep breathing to me and thanks to you for making this video.

I did this outside and feeling the wind blow on my skin, between every breathe with the peaceful sounds and voice was really nice. I was really lost in the moment until I opened my eyes again and remembered where I was

Thank you for this. I have been jittery since the morning, because I did something which I am not proud of, all because I gave into my anxiousness and emotions. I shouldn't have done it and I make no excuses. But this really helped me calm down. I think I would give meditation a go.
I have a really hard time staying calm in stressful situations and I have been like this since as long as I can remember. I get nervous too easily. Now that I am in college, people around me are ALWAYS telling me to chill, and I just can't in some situations. So I had two ways to deal with it. I chose the more difficult one and don't think I'll regret it.
I'm going to stick to this for three weeks and see how it goes.
