    By far the most useful guided meditation I’ve found. Bookmarked. No distracting hippy dippy New Age music. Just a good clear short guided meditation I can follow morning and evening before and after bed. I’ve been practicing meditation for ver a year but I still find I stay focused better with a guide than just sitting by myself. So thank you for this

    Deciding to start taking the time to meditate is one of the best things I've ever done. I constantly feel anxious and stressed out and I find that these guided breathing meditations work the best for me. I become so focused on my breathing and once I come out of it I feel a sort of numbness, like I'm in a dream or something. Absolutely amazing.

      I am also working on getting a meditation time set in my rat-race, anxiety-producing life! I just did the deep breathing with Kim and felt the anxiety melt away.

    you can do this all day long even in conversations with people,on the toilet,doing dishes etc its very helpful just dont stop and learn to get better with time

    Its amazing how such a simple breathing excersize can open up the mind, before this i felt clouded and lost, afterwards something calm came over me and the world somehow became more vibrant and clear.

    Wow, THANK YOU! I totally got into a lovely state of relaxation and peacefulness I haven't experienced in ages. My psychologist asked me to do 10 minutes of mindful breathing when wakeing up and going to sleep - I'm definitely coming back for more. THANK YOU!

    I'm very hungover and nauseous and feeling this unsettling fear and anxiety gripping me. This is helping me a bit. I really just want this horrible feeling to be over already x(

    This is the best.. wow. It really helped me. At some point while I was exhaling, I felt all of the bad feelings, negative thoughts geting sucked in a waterfall and fade away. Such a great experience, I'll sure repeat this.

    Si today I finally decided to finally meditate after about a year of wanting to do it and this was a great video and helped me a lot. I kept going for like an extra 5 minutes after it was done and now I feel very relaxed

    I'm wondering if you could do a meditation like this that is specifically for anxiety? In which it is mentioned that the mind will go to the past and is probably living in the future as we speak, and that it is important to be kind to oneself,, remain grounded through the swirl of the day/kind to oneself and others, etc. Injecting little notes like that as part of the meditation

      Lidia Sajdak That’s the negative part with RUclips (or basically all internet for that matter)
      Though I did enjoy the commercial break while I was trying out a 30 minute guided training exercise for my upper body here on RUclips

    I can't stop yawning which disrupts my breathing and makes my eyes water loads. I guess I am just sleep deprived and this let's it surface. I feel a lot more relaxed, thanks!

      Be relaxed before meditation, no screen time mobile or TV 1 hour before it.

    I really enjoy Kim's peaceful relaxed energy. The only thing is that she never gave silence more than a few seconds... I would start to relax into emptiness,.. then she would talk again. I know to MUTE it next time. I enjoy someone meditating with me, but all that talking is for true beginners. One minute of silence at least is needed. thank you

    meditation is extremely difficult for me because I was neglected as a child so I usually was quiet but never in my head, I usually used to hold my breath to apear invisible. I don't know why but I made it a practice in my childhood that make it very difficult for me to do these exercises.

      dont need to think you must exercise on your breathing just aware of it and the breathing will naturally flow in and out more before you even realised ;)

    Wonderful. Really helps me move toward parasympathetic mode. I put it on repeat, but the bell at the beginning alarms me. Could you possibly do this same meditation, but extend it to 30 minutes?

    i've been using this breathing exercise for years. Its fantastic. However suddenly there's an ad placed towards the end of the meditation. Kind of ruins the experience.
