The “Wally West” from the Arrowverse isn’t an adaptation of Wally West, he is an adaptation of Wallace West, so you shouldn’t have put him in this video.

This may sound complex but wally west real name is Wallace and there's another character named Wallace West but he's Wallace West III. So yeah it's a yes or no question.
They are different characters. Wally the redhead was first introduced way back in 1959 and grew up and became the Flash in 1985/6. Wallace West didn't debut until the New 52 in 2011 or so when they decided that they wanted a new Kid Flash.
wally west with red hair is the original then he become the flash then he died after new 52 and wallace west appear and the orginal wally west return as flash in dc rebirth and now there is two wally wests the orginal is flash and the second is kid flash Sorry if speech has a little wrong way because I do not know well
