These look great! Always looking for meat alternatives as I have a family history of Cancer and need to avoid the heme-iron, igf-1 and BLV in meat. Thanks so much for posting

Great video Lisa (9:23 🤣🤣🤣) Ingredients list looked a bit daunting at first glance, but like you said...when I actually thought about it, I have most of this stuff anyway. These look very tasty... I like to think of myself as a bit of a "Sausage connoisseur" (which is not something I was planning on ever writing🤫😆) and these look like they would go great in a wholemeal bread roll or something similar, with a spoonful of your vegan chili over the top🤤👌🏼

You, sir, are a genius! 🤩 Thanks for the amazing recipe idea!!! And yeah, these ALMOST didn’t make the “quick and easy” cut because of the huge ingredients list, but since I only needed to buy one thing at the store I was like GAME ON! Thanks for watching, per usual, Danny!! You rock.

@@LunchwithLisa Why, thank you!😁 It does sound really good😋 See this is where you have the will power💪🏼 and I would of failed miserably. If I had to go to the store for that one ingredient I needed, I would of probably walked out with a footlong sub and pack of Doritos😂😂

How great to see a healthy version of veggie meat. Thanks Lisa! Do they freeze well?

I’m sure they totally would but I ate them so fast I didn’t get to try freezing them!

Hi Lisa, I enjoyed the video. What can you use instead of foil?

I did a quick search, and didn’t find anything really except maybe you could use silicone bags since they would keep the water out. Otherwise, maybe try a dryer method of steaming and just use the parchment without the foil.

I’d be interested in a vegan/veggie burger good enough for my kids to enjoy without rolling their eyes 😅. Flavour is important but the texture is most important. We don’t like using vital wheat gluten, so if you can help with that it would be great. Keep up the great work

      Try this one: ruclips.net/video/L9NTHsimNzY/видео.html
I thought this recipe was really good & doesn’t use any vital wheat gluten. But it does use some bread crumbs. The only thing about this one is that it does have a mushy texture if you over-process the ingredients like I did because I didn’t chop it all down small enough at first.
