Everyone saying they reply with saying their not interested again... It's a COLD CALL. Even with handling the objections, most people are going to say no. At least now you have some extra ammo to try and get them interested. At the end of the day, the way to be successful in cold calling is make the damn calls. This is great stuff Matt!
Im not really a sales master but from the little I've learnt, the dallas cowboy pattern interrupt was ingenious. This is really valuable content mr matt and mr roohan. Thank you 🙏
Guys definitely have numbers to back up what they're saying, but for those who are getting into cold calling... bear in mind that the dynamic involved into talking to people is way more complex than just remembering scripted ways to respond to objections. As that being said, good tips, but practice some role playing first before you jump on those calls, cuz if you just do the scripting, you ain't gonna build rapport with your prospect, even bigger shoot in the foot would be to focus on reading the scripting right, rather than listening to what people have to say which is a big no no as you can probably imagine. Matt, just an idea - create a space, for example using discord, where people can practice those calls in a safe environment before burning off their contact list.
Good ideas and great share Pawel. I completely agree. You HAVE TO role play to start each day before you pick up the phone. Just like how athletes warm up before a game, the same thing holds true for cold calling.
"I knew you wouldn't be interested before I called otherwise you would have already cold-called me right? in my position here at XYZ it's all about timing, If "you give me a few seconds I can explain why I chose to call you instead of someone else and if you're still not interested it means I have failed and you can yell FUCK OFF! and hang up on me,... Deal?"
But that's ok. The point of selling is someone needing a product. If everybody said yes to absolutely everything, products would go to waste, because one person cannot possibly need every product in the world. The whole thing about sales is identifying what people need, not boosting some imaginary quota. If that approach is applied, you'll get much further than just annoying ppl with things they don't want
Aweome, because most people just let you talk freely. No, they dont. They say "Im not interested" and then no matter what you say, they will interrupt you. Its not that easy.
No one is ever interested when I call because they aren't expecting to be evaluating a tool/service like this on the spur of the moment. Do you have just a couple minutes now to hear how we _______________ (give our business partners/clients a dominating competitive advantage that can't be copied or duplicated? Or can we set up a time for later.
I like where you're going with the videos. I would add some graphics, maybe some visme's with process tree's. I would also drop this raw video into camtasia or an adobe product and create some motion with panning effects, bring in some low height banners with key takeaways highlighted and follow up with a graphic and some data.
"I believe you are you just haven't fully seen why yet, after all, didn't you say you had X problem?" .... Just go back to the answer of your probing questions. If they say they are not interested before you get to probing questions, I say "how do you know John? You haven't heard what I have to say yet, maybe I was calling to say we are giving away a million dollars" as a joke. Just to lighten the mood. Or you can give the more novice less-balsy answer and say "Hey I completely understand where you're coming from. But you would only not be interested if you didn't see the value in what we offer. What about our offer lacks the value you are looking for? I bet I can help".

That’s it call. Just make the calls…it’s a numbers game
So if you’re dialing several hundred people and they all tell you the same thing, you really believe you have made a difference?
Right? It's NOT a numbers game. Its a SKILLS game🔥@@JonBonesJones84

Lmao, responding with the dallas cowboys line is so random and funny. I like it!!

1. Memorize
2. Internalize
3. Personalize

Wow! You guys nailed it! Keep up the good work.💯
People hang up the moment they say not interested and don't even give you the chance to rebuttal
true...move onto the next call.

😂
That was great guys!
Glad you enjoyed it.
The difficult thing with this is that I use these technique s and even with leaving it open ended they will just reply not interested 😃👍🏼 again

Can I have a example for insurance service? thank you.
I would handle this objection the same way across all industries, including an insurance service
Can we have more examples like this? About the wrong number, already have insurance provider and callbacks? Thanks 🥰

Hi Matt, it was really helpful however I do want you to define a ledge statement please?
A ledge statement gives your brain 1-2 seconds to process to figure out how to proceed
Hi Matt I don't speak english very good. I don't understand the last answer of Ruhan in the 3rd way. Could you write me it down please?
