      Blkl Daud skte ho, Umar ka koi frk nhi pdta mei chandigarh se hu milkha Singh ji ko kitni baar mene 10 km daudte hue dkha hai, mei khud long distance run krta hu, week Mei 3-4 din, mere ek doctor dost hai otrho gold medalist, unki Umar 63 saal hai vo har Sunday 45-50 km daudte hai, aur hfte 3-4 din 10-12 km
      To isliye apne man sare waham nikale aur Thaki hui body se na daude, achhi diet le
      Bht achhi aadat hai aapki isko life mei kbhi na chore, mere kaafi dost hai 50-65 saal k jo 40-50 km non stop aaram se Daud lete hai
