    Just had to replace my end links due to one breaking (thanks Pennsylvania winters).
    Hex immediately stripped out on both of them :)
    Tsudo exhaust was right in the way for the driver's side.
    This video was a lot of help

    The bushing nut keeps torquing and won’t let me torque down to 22 ft/lb. Why is that?

    • @VampyreX13
      @VampyreX13  Год назад

      On the endlink? I'm not sure. The end link itself shouldn't be able to rotate past a certain point, so the nut should just screw on without having to hold it in place. Have you made sure that none of the threads on the end link or the nut are damaged?

    Hey Derrick, do you know if the supplied eibach bushing brackets are bigger than the stock brackets? Just wondering, since I have the TRD sway bar kit, and for the rear there was no new brackets supplied and toyota expects you to reuse the old brackets. Thanks!

    • @VampyreX13
      @VampyreX13  2 года назад +1

      The brackets are probably the same size since the holes on the factory ones are set in as far as possible while mainaining clearance for the bolt heads, meaning the Eibach brackets can't be any larger or there would be an issue with the mounting holes lining up.

      No real precautions except to maybe wear safety goggles if you're using an impact gun. I've had small bits of rust debris fly off and hit me in the face before while working under the car. Otherwise, the exhaust will still be on the hangers so it's not going to fall down. And I just make videos as needed when I have time.
