On day 5 of 30 days....exhausted but still going. I took 2 days off of work but next week for sure I will take some electrolytes..I have boxes of beautiful clothes I can fit anymore so I am excited to see if I can fit back into some of my favorite outfits. Congrats girl

I'm going to do (after 30 day fast) 1 week fruits, oatmeals and salads to refeed and then I want to do omada alt day for the end of July
I'm currently on the same journey and starting over. I did a 10 day last month to get my body used to fasting again and a 2 day one the other day. I want to aim for 30 as well and see what happens before Christmas. I miss food, but I'm gonna try and push on. I do the same thing by drinking green tea, black coffee sometimes, and I watch mukbangs too 😄 I take my electrolytes when my mind feels foggy or I feel weaker. I just brush my teeth with baking soda to help with keto breath.
There’s a thing about mukbangs when I’m fasting that I find exciting, but could never watch people eating when I’m not fasting, it’s weird! When I miss food, I remind myself that food will always be there, even years from now 😍

Oh congrats on your achievement 💕 and I hope it goes well being your first time! - when I started fasting, I would break my fasts on the days I have periods.. but one time I decided to see what happens and it turned out great, even gave me a shorter period less painful and light flow, so now I fast through it!
Unfortunately my uncle has been on palliative and I will start the fast after he has passed and do so in his honour for as long as possible but a month minimum if possible. 40 days hopefully

In late May I started my first one, I had been intermittent fasting since earlier in the year and getting used to skipping meals. I estimate my starting weight was around ~350lbs but I never had a scale that went that high. After my next fast I should be down to a normal BMI or about 190lbs.

Could you make a video on the re-feeding process. I’m really struggling with it. I went on a 14 day water fast and everytime I put something other than water in my body I throw up. If you could help it would be greatly appreciated.
Best to start taking a few tablespoonfuls once at the same time of the day about 3 days before you break your fast, and on the day you break your fast, you can increase to taking a cupful twice or 3 times a day
Hey, try to fix it if it is not severe, and if it doesn’t go away, the you can stop.. You can fix it by, increasing your electrolyte intake, having green tea, black plain coffee, licking salt (sodium/sea salt) if all that doesn’t help and the nausea is severe (severe nausea includes vomiting and light headedness) then start by having bone broth slowly to break your fast

Im currently on day 30 of my 40 day fast. A turn of events might necessitate me breaking it, everything to do with energy expenditure not willpower.
