- The Giants pulled off a 21-17 victory over the top-seeded Dallas Cowboys in an NFC Divisional Playoff Game in Texas Stadium. Amani Toomer scored a pair of touchdowns on receptions of 52 and four yards form Eli Manning. Brandon Jacobs’ one-yard touchdown run with 13:29 remaining provided the Giants with the game-winning points. But the victory was not assured until R.W. McQuarters intercepted Tony Romo’s pass for Terry Glenn in the end zone with nine seconds remaining.

Man I loved this game. That first td from Toomer and it was on. I remember watching that in disbelief and it was on from there. Cool to see a Jared Lorenzen and Terry Glenn sighting. RIP

I remember watching that game and that long Dallas drive in the 2nd quarter for a TD and thinking to myself that they are taking way too long to score one TD. It's not as if the Giants had a super-explosive offensive - it was pretty good, but not like the Bills in 1990, where you had to keep them off the field.
I have two favorite teams. New York Giants and anyone that can beat the Cowboys
Right with you brother 💯% been a fan since LT 56 days and I caught hell living in San Antonio Texas surrounded by cowboy fans including my family 😎 I was brainwashed as a kid to cheer for Dallas but when Dwight Clark (49er)made that catch and I lost $100 that was when I went for the GMEN bone crushing defense
