like that one bro, what it does is that it adds more red/pink onto your video this is best especially when diving underwater since light coming from above is reduced and blue light is dominant under.
You can search for videos using this filter so you can check it.
Nonetheless, this is just an accessory but this can be also achieved using color corrections using video editing apps.
