Nice one bro, I chuck a little butter in the pan with the oil and throw the skin side down 1st and it crisps up pretty well. Can use a little sesame oil in there too for an Asian inspired dish. Keep up the hard work with the vids 👍🏽

Hi Dan, awesome video as always. Heads up mate, we catch out biggest snapper on fresh grinner baits. Give it a go.

It was a little quiet around that area before sunset on friday. I got lucky with one squid first cast then nothing other than a grinner. Converted a grinner fillet into a 60cm snapper and squid head into a 98cm jewie an hour after sunset. You should pack your inflatable SUP and use it as a tender when camping on that beach. No need to worry about the tides and you can stay dry. Enjoying the vid's!
