I finally got around to leveling my Warrior and DH 60-70 because of the XP buff. Solely queued dungeons as tank for both and the process flew by in 3-4 “short” (I think like 30 min at the shortest, 3 hours at most) sessions each over the course of a few days. What helped early on was going to the AH as soon I hit 61 for both and could equip some early crafted gear for cheap. I ranked up a bit of my Blacksmithing on my main and passed along some cheap items to my War and DK (haven’t leveled the latter yet but he’s next). Didn’t feel like prog’ing Leatherworking so just spent maybe 1-2k gold for my DH. Felt OP until maybe 68, but was still more than adequate for pugging, even while running offensive talent builds rather than defensive.
did 50 levels for a heritage armor set in about 6 hours today with winds + dark moon doing exclusively dungeons and just flying around grabbing midsummer fires in que for some fat xp off those
Levelling this expansion has been amazing for the most part, but once you hit level 60 it goes downhill fast. There is no way that 10 levels should take longer than 60 levels, I somewhat get why they did that but it's very unnecessary
12hrs/played is about what I got as Tank for 1-70. But I mostly qued whatever was giving me quests (bc/mop/wotlk) which had much slower q's and longer dungs, which tended to overlap. Also I really prefer to do the dungs during TW, atleast it feels faster than during normal week.
Double gather professions and queue for both BG and Dungeon, then fly around doing world quests/open world stuff is my preferred method from 60-70, not the fastest but less annoying than pure quest grind.
Also can use darkmoon faire buffs when it is up, it is up from 7/4 - 7/8

Harldan has a really good speed leveling route. It's mostly quests but bc dungeons until like 27 is nuts. Around 2-3 levels per dungeon.

For sure, I should have included a bit on profession quests. I've seen some routes use them and they are definitely strong

u also get monk exp buff as well though dont u, so other classes wont be able to get it
The monk xp buff is just for increased rested xp I believe, isn't much but if you session a lot more instead of spam grinding it is a nice buff
