I’m away on holiday, the breakfast buffet is very tempting but with your healthy meal to guide me, I am going for a large bowl of salad, tropical fruit and happily they also have porridge so halving that too. So no cakes, white bread, being a good girl, loving it. Thank you and love from Phuket.

I've been sick this week 🤧 and the freezer has been great. I had that mushroom pasta in a few containers you did a while back, a mushroom stew in there plus made that potato mushroom hash thingy with sweet potatoes. Not so much starch compliant but I had a toasted sandwich one day loaded with salad and left over vegie roast. Also sweet potato toast (already cooked from oven, put in air fryer 5 mins for a blast) eaten plain or with a bit of hummus spread on it 🥰
Those Cajun veggies would be good with tomatoes as well. I have potatoes in my refrigerator and have been wondering how I could fix them. You gave me a good idea! Thanks!

I also do carrot oats for a quick meal!! 🥕 I almost prefer the texture of the carrots over regular oatmeal. I will have to try that potato recipe 😍 I steamed some potatoes last night, and was totally drawing a blank for what to make today haha

Natalie, I am enjoying your videos so much…simple, but delicious is essential in life 😁 My go to quick meals are everything packed in smoothie (frozen broccoli, cauliflower & spinach with whatever frozen fruit I have on hand & water…I could “eat” this at any time of the day), a steamed potato with baked beans over the top & steamed broccoli on the side & always a throw in the pot homemade soup. I’m definitely going to try your Cajun style dish though…looks fantastic. Thank you for sharing & hello 👋🏻 from Australia 🇦🇺😄

Guess what my meals are tomorrow! 😛🤣 My lazy day meals are leftovers and a soup from the freezer that I'll add a starch of to when I'm ready to eat. I keep portioned frozen rice ready, or cook up some pasta or potatoes. Easy, peasy I like it. Today was a lazy day and my soup was blended gingered sweet potato and white bean. I had leftover veggie salad with homemade ranch (HCLF).
To follow up, I tried some shredded carrot in my oatmeal...... LOVE! Got me to thinking about other veggies. Now l will go between shredding zucchini, carrots, rice cauli, and any others I can think of. Thank you so much for opening me up to this. 🙋♀️🥰👋👍 I can see it now. We are veggie ninjas! 🤣🤣🤣
A few ways, I par-boil them so they are wet and the spices stick. I use a silicone sheet so they don't stick to anything. I just roast them and they come out great every time! No need for the fat!
I lost the last 20 pounds with the starch solution back in 2020 I kept it off till last October fell of as of today I gained back the 20 pounds so unhappy and don’t feel as healthy as I did I don’t know why but I’m finding it so hard to stick to even though I enjoyed it and kept the weight off for almost 2 years till now has this happened to anyone else and any tips getting back to it thank you for this video motivational ! ❤

Did you add soy milk or creamer to your coffee? Do you sweeten it with anything?
I use a brand of plant milk called KoKo. It's perfect in coffee and tea (for me!)
