I’ve been vegan for a little over a year now and you have been one of my biggest inspirations from the beginning. I love your videos and just think you are a great person. By the way, your wraps look great and your hat flipped up looks even better.

Bananas are a high calorie fruit so in moderation its ok. I personally am grain free but I eat bread and tortillas made from chickpeas/garbanzo beans and it's so high in protein and sooo yummy! Try it!!!!
You forgot to put black pepper in your scramble for your turmeric! I want to encourage you to try saving your veg scraps for making homemade stock! Another great video, nice that Crystal made you breakfast and you made her dinner. I just might have to get one of those Instapots, that rice, lentil, etc mix looks so good and easy. I have to try that dressing too with the yogurt, nice to have a creamy dressing. Love how committed you are to helping us improve our lot and love seeing Crystal on the videos too. So I'm going to recommend.... When you're done with yoga mat fold in half first then roll up It will keep it clean on the side you use as in grass or pebbles from the ground when using outside
Nice garden Derek!, try spreading kale/arugula seeds thick like grass on an empty bed and you can take several cuts of baby greens over the growing months.
