I just subscribed! Not only do you live in a beautiful place and have a sweet relationship that’s fun to see but the food you make is AWESOME! You are so inspiring. I am currently making huge veggie soups with miso. I also bake chick peas mixed with almond meal, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt and pepper. They can be eaten alone as a snack or put on top of a salad.
What I like to do with salad dressings is add shred garlic and shallot if you want to change it up from the powdered version. You get the health benefit from the garlic that way :-)

I really enjoy your videos, you make vegan easy for all. A reminder not to heat sesame oil, just add sesame oil after your cooking in order to preserve the nutrients ;)
Heres a tastilicious (new word) baked potato cubes, our goto at least 2x's/wk. Peel, cube, par boil yellow or red potatoes. 2 tbsp of Canola oil spread tin foil lined cookie sheet. Drian potatoes and spread on pan. Generously drizzle olive oil over potatoes. Generously sprinkle Emeril Lagasse Seasoning mix over potatoes. Sprinkle Himalayan sea salt over potatoes. Bake 350 25 -35 minutes depending on your crispiness finish. That's it. This is so tasty and satisfying hitting the crunch seasoning factor. If you can't find Emerils spice in store. Here is the recipe.  Emeril's Essence Creole Seasoning 2 1/2 tablespoons paprika. 2 tablespoons salt. 2 tablespoons garlic powder. 1 tablespoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon onion powdered 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon dried leaf oregano. 1 tablespoon dried thyme
the avocado sandwich is fire (without adding the extra fat). potato tofu is also good, usually a brunch combo for me, but my miso dressing was really thin and it basically stuck at the baking silicone. Next time I'll add the water last.

You should definetelly try out my variation on the cheese toast. Instead of avocado I put tahini and nutritional yeast on it with the miso and a tad of mustard
A little trick for your muscle knot(muscle adhesions), once you find the affected area, apply slow, even pressure, over time. This will allow you to go much deeper and relieve the adhesion much quicker. The other direction is to go back doing the exercise that is the affected the most and start with lower weight, keep contracting slowly to maximally, through the discomfort. The second one can be a bit painful, but because knots are created from lack of proper circulation, you're bringing blood back in to area through contraction, which will help release the buildup. If it's a big knot, you may even hear it pop(which should feel good).
I saved this video a couple of days ago, because I thought the recipes were easy and looked delicious. Today I made the kale and tofu dish and the smoothie bowl. Both were fantastic. Will definitely make again. Thanks a lot!
