Already in my mid 50's and can honestly say that playing the Final Fantasy games were time well-spent. I have so many good memories, so many emotional moments tied to the series. I wouldn't trade them for anything.

F just happened?" and honestly couldn't stop myself from crying. While this cover's nothing short of beautiful and amazing, hearing it brought back all the emotions I had that night. My 12 year old son loves the remake, but I absolutely do not have the heart to tell him what's going to happen, either in the 2nd or 3rd game of the remake.
Can't help but watch the people in the back either looking bored or talking to each and can't help but think "Philistines! You're listening to the greatest piece of music ever committed to sheet music!"
The woman in the brown hair and glasses was crying, and I don't even think she knows what the song is from. How beauitifully you played this really resonated with her. Well done.

This deserves so many more views. This interpretation doesn’t stray far from the original but adds embellishments that compliment Uematsu’s original version perfectly. This is gorgeous musicality. Thank you!

Music must Always comunicate with our souls. This armony, this Melody, those notes, all together they speach to your soul. I Hope all future generation composer Will keep that in mind.

The moms struggle to not break down throughout the entire piece always ruins me. Totally feel the same as her every time i hear this majestic piece of music
i swear , everytime someone who knows this song and it's backstory, hears this, they'll cry. 100% of the time. also, i think this solo version might be on part with the orchestra original.

Well I only learned about final fantasy 7 recently because of the remake and because me being 17 have played ff 12, 13 and 15 and the first thing I thought about when I listened to this was that it was beautiful and the more I learned about Aerith the more the song got attached to her and seemed to fit her character. And yeah I have learned about her death and not gonna lie I shed a tear...
Still have a theory that Remake Aerith is our original one that "dreamwalks" (see Doctor Strange 2) into the Remake universe and hence, why she knows things she shouldn't. As for you, Valerio, what an absolutely moving and impeccable performance! Especially with those staccatos!

Great cover! This was missing the triplet syncopations w/ subtle ritardandos in second half of the song which is my favorite part, but enjoyed it regardless. Great work!

i think the most iconic is prelude , ff7 has so many iconic themes in the ff franchise imo , but 'aeirth's theme' and 'on our way' made me cried
