- Continuing on the themes of love with the 23rd anniversary of the Final Fantasy VIII release (February 11, 1999) and Valentine's Day (February 14), here is the love song "Eyes on Me" from Final Fantasy VIII. The mood of "Eyes of Me" greatly contrasts with "Liberi Fatali," the opening theme of FFVIII.

As a final fantasy 8 fan I clicked on this immediately. I was very disappointed to see there was only 24 comments including mine as of right now. Final fantasy 8 was such an amazing game with a great story, And the song brought to Life by you and your piano brings back memories of originally playing final fantasy 8.

Lovely song for a wonderful story. I hope more people can appreciate the story and soundtrack of FFVIII since it seems to have been eclipsed by the popularity of the FFVII series.
