      Generally if you do more cardio without weight training, you will get an old look. You can definitely do excercise during fasting. You can do it at the mid or end of the fasting stage. It depends on your comfort.

      Sir you are a wonderful soul who clears our every doubt . I've asked this doubt to many but none replied except you. Also kindly clear my another doubt.
      I'm following IF from the past 2 months. I usually complete my dinner b4 8.30 and morning after I woke around 5 I drink Apple cider vinegar in empty stomach. After cooking around 7 I'll have coffee ( after seen your reply I'll avoid further). Then normal lunch at 12.30pm.
      Pls suggest is ACV is good and can I I continue this routine?

      Hi Ma'am, it is always better to break your fast (first eat of the day) with fresh fruit juice or some vegetable soup. After that, you can have ACV before your breakfast or before your meal. Don't take too much ACV as it can cause teeth erosion and some digestive problems.

    Thanks for excellent contribution. I am a healthy male & do regular exercise including HIIT. My weight height ratio is within the normal range. That means only 7-10 lbs higher than the minimum weight. I recently started 20:4 intermittent fasting every day. After intermittent fasting my weight loss is taking place in an exponential rate. I take Weight Gainer Protein Powder to arrest this. Is there any other way to arrest this?

      Hi Sir, any drink that does not provide calories can be had. So, lemon juice with salt can be had but the major drawback of this juice is, it erodes your teeth at a fast pace which leads to teeth sensitivity. The most advised drink during fasting window is black coffee or black tea (without milk and sugar).

      Ma'am try not to skip your morning breakfast. Prepone your eating window from 10AM to 6PM. Here you can start with breakfast, have your lunch and finish with an early dinner. It is always better to have your eating window in the early hours.

      Sir, for anyone above 70, if the person is not having any health conditions like high or low blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems or any other medical conditions, they can proceed with intermittent fasting. But make sure, during intermittent fasting, they should be well hydrated and have a healthy and balanced diet.

      Hi Ma'am, when you stop intermittent fasting, you are more likely to gain weight. To avoid this you must stay on a healthy eating track. Add lots of proteins, vegetables and fruits to your diet. Stay hydrated always. Avoid carbohydrates loaded meals. Exercise should be in your routine. 70% strict diet and 30% regular exercise will 100% help you to maintain your weight.

      கண்டிப்பாக உடல் எடை குறையும். ஆனால் வயிற்று உபாதைகள் - வாயு தொல்லை போன்றவை வர வாய்ப்புள்ளது. இத்துடன் சேர்த்து சமச்சீரான உணவு (balanced diet) எடுத்துக் கொண்டால் உடல் ஆரோக்கியத்திற்கும், உடல் எடை குறைப்பதற்க்கும் உதவும்.

      Hi, during fasting window it is always better to have black coffee or black tea (without milk and sugar) as there is no addition of calories. One cup of buttermilk (200ml) provides around 100 calories, so better to avoid it.

      Hi Sir, there are many reasons for joint pain. Even though some studies suggest reduction of joint pain with intermittent fasting, it is always advisable to consult your Orthopedician before starting Intermittent fasting.

    Hi , respected sir I have a doubt can you please address - my morning bf time changes daily bcz i am busy with kids and wrk , even then just hours is enough to follow? like if some day i am starting from 8 am - 5pm, the other day 10 am- 7pm but its 16:8 means will it come under intermittent fasting?

    டாக்டர் நான் இன்டர்நெட் ஃபாஸ்டிங் கடந்த 45 நாட்களாக எடுத்துக் கொண்டே இருக்கிறேன் எனது எடை 74 கிலோவில் இருந்து 69 கிலோவிற்கு குறைந்துவிட்டது ஆனால் அதன் பிறகு குறையவில்லை கடந்த இரண்டு மூன்று வாரங்களாக அதே 69 கிலோ தான் இருந்து கொண்டு உள்ளது கேலரி 990 மட்டுமே ஒரு நாளைக்கு எடுத்துக் கொண்டு உள்ளேன் இதை இப்படியே தொடர்ந்து செய்யலாமா

    Dr ,I started my intermittent Jan 4,th, இப்ப எனக்கு சுகர் கம்மி ஆகிடுச்சுன்னு Dr .medicine கம்மி பண்ணிட்டார். but fasting Sugar அளவு மட்டும் குறைவது இல்லை same as 128 .and என் HbA1c அளவு Nov 14th 6.1 and Feb.10 HbA1C 6.5. இது ஏன்னு புரியலை. Dr .Can I continue IF ?

      Sir, when a diabetic on medication is on intermittent fasting, hypoglycemia is the most anticipated risk. So, before starting intermittent fasting, kindly check with your physician or diabetologist regarding the fasting timing, fasting food and your medications to be taken.

      Hi, you can start your meal with a vegetable soup or fruit salad. During the eating window, you should eat high fiber foods like apple, sweet potato, carrot, kidney beans, broccoli and protein rich food like egg, fish, chicken, nuts, peas, beans, paneer, cheese or milk related items. Drink plenty of water.

      Ma'am, tasting food differs with each person and is unavoidable during cooking. Even a small bolus of food should not go inside as it starts your insulin secretion which should be avoided during fasting window of intermittent fasting. So, try to limit the food quantity during tasting to as minimal as possible.
