Absolutely wonderful! Eggplant is one of my most favorite vegetables, and I will be making that honey mustard one for dinner tonight! (easily, since I have all the ingredients on hand). That first one will be lovely though through the week. Great video as always 🌺
My favourite is the one with cheese! Hehe thanks for sharing these, my family loves eggplants, and usually only have them stir fried. Shall give these a try! 🥰
Thank you for sharing all of your great recipes! For the eggplant like yakiniku recipe, what is this called? It's absolutely delicious! I only knew of nibitashi so this is much healthier as it is not deep fried. Your recipes are economical and fast so it very amazing when you are short on time. Thank you so much!!!
Thank you for sharing some good eggplant recipes that can be used in bento! I love making bento and eggplant is a good summer veggie. I can't wait to try these recipes.
I tried the first recipe and it turned out absolutely great. I didn’t need meat at all. Btw I didn’t fry eggplants in the pan, I just put them in my air fryer and it saved me a lot of time, also less oily. Thanks for the recipe I’ll definitely save it to my favorite cooking list
Thanks for watching my video! I used my oven toaster and cooked for about 10 minutes. If you use oven, please bake it at 180℃-200℃ (356℉-392℉) for about 10minutes.
You can use white wine instead of sake, or you can just skip it. For the karashi mustard, I think you can use regular mustard you use. Let me know if you have more questions :D
in recipe healthy elephant pizza What is a vagen alternative to mirin ? also can l skip mayonnaise ? can l put some vegtables instead of meat ? and What is it put red edges ? is it cheese or what?
Mirin👉 You can use just a little sugar instead of mirin. Mayonnaise👉Yes, you can skip it. Veggie instead of meat👉Yes, you can do that. Red edges👉Do you mean red thing on the #1 recipe: Addicted Eggplant Slices? If so, that is Nanami togarashi (Japanese seven spice mix).
